The worst customer service of all time!! I will NEVER shop at Kohl's again.

I got kohls cash of $30 value with an expiration date on it. Today I realized that I forgot to use it. So went to the store and I requested the manager to help me out regarding that issue. She simply laughed and did nothing...and started to talk about their polocies....I think they are there to help customers but it's not...

Kohl's wants you to believe that they have outstanding customer service. The people are fine, but the service is still far from outstanding. Aside from problems using Kohls.com (items being mysteriously lost from the shopping bag, etc.), here is the most recent example. My wife opened a charge account with Kohl's back in 2000. We have been MVC customers for 19 of the 20 years we have had the account. She died in June of this year, but I continued using the account and reached MVC status for next year. I finally got around to calling to have her removed from the account. When I did that, I found out that she had opened the account only in her name and added me as an authorized user. Kohls informed me that they would have to close the account and I would need to open a new account in my name. I told them I was ok with that, as long as I could get MVC status for the new account. Guess what? They can't (or won't) do that. If Kohl's had outstanding customer service, they would find a way to give me the MVC status. Looks like I am going to go back to shopping at JCPenney.

I am really mad I have a 30% off coupon that I can only use if I get a Kohl’s card I want to pay cash I’m still buying their merchandise but have to get a Kohl’s card to use it unfair

Kohl's cash is a joke, its a gimmick to keep you coming back into the store. When you have a return, they subtract the Kohl's cash that was issued, you used because you hated to waste money so you just purchased not really needing the merchandise!!!!!

Terrible. Spent two hours on the phone because my order got cancelled without getting notified. This has happened twice. This has never happened with any other major store.

Went to kohls in wallingford,ct on 11/11/19,well Stephanie my cashier checked me out,the prices were great I got $10 off & my 30% a super bargain!
