Kohl's credit is a joke. I contacted them over a year ago about settlement and the rep told me what to do and following the directions. They took my payment but never settled the account and I have been fighting them for over a year. They act like it never happened and treat me like I'm lying. I took details notes after all calls and when I told their executive offices they said oh that is not what was said. What? I asked to listen to calls and they said nope not without a subpoena. I have battled them over and over again cause it's unfair for a company to trick consumers. I honestly hope they fall like all other brick and mortar companies cause it's completely unfair. The executive offices are a joke and don't care about what their phone reps said or did which they should stand behind their word. I was being honest trying to settle my account during a separation and financial bind. I could have just not paid them at all.

I ordered a few pairs of shoes online. None of them fit. Their sizings have been so inconsistent every time I shop there. I tried to return by mail but it was going to be over $50 to ship back! The only reason I order online is due to no store being where I live. Kohl’s use to be my favorite place to shop but not anymore. I will stick to shopping on amazon. They actually make returns easy!

I had an automatic payment go through, and tried cancelling it, but they refused to. So I requested a refund check. The customer service person informed me it would take 2 months. There is no option of expediting my refund check! It’s been a month, so I called seeing what the status is, and the JA never requested the refund check. So now I have to wait another ridiculous amount of time. Like a month. Expediting the check is supposedly not an option. Biggest load of crap I’ve ever heard. You should be kissing my a** after the amount of time I’ve been a card holder, and the fact your company employs people who are incapable of doing their job. But no, apologizing is just supposed to cut it. I am so done with this company. Sales prices are what the regular price should be. Biggest joke of a company!

I opened a Kohl's account 3 years ago to establish credit. I have excellent payment history. My goal was $3000 credit availability. I paid off my account in full 10 days ago. According to Kohls credit online, my payment posted 8 days ago and cleared my bank 7 days ago. Yet my account still shows a negative balance. My goal was to raise my score from fair to good, so that I can get a car loan with a better interest rate this week. But tomorrow the credit agencies will report my current score, and because Kohl's wont update my credit status, my credit report will reflect a negative balance. That, plus the fact that I haven't been able to use my Kohl's credit to make any purchases because it is showing that I dont have any available credit, even though I paid almost $3000 ten days ago. For that, I'm out. I will cut my card in half, open a Macy's account and boycott Kohl's for life.

Just tried to place an order online and it is the worse hassle I have ever had. After putting all the info requested kept getting a notice that my email and it's confirmation didn't match. What was there was my email and has been for years and the confirmation matched. I was frustrated and tried to just cancel the whole thing and it wouldn't allow me to do so. I was at least able to remove my card number. Worse site i have ever shopped. Your loss.

The customer service is by far the worst I have dealt with. You've taken the money out of my account after stating that my package had delivered and sent me tracking information but after waiting multiple days the tracking information never updated. I contacted customer service and was first told to call back on the last day the shipment would and should be shipped. I called back on 10/25 and was told that they could not see anything and now I have to wait 3 more days before a refund can be refunded. I talked to the supervisor and again was told there was nothing they can do. So now I have to call back a third time taking time out of my day to then ask for my money back for an item they should be able to see if the warehouse ever actually shipped. They did nothing to make me feel like they gave a crap about my situation and basically stole money out of my bank account for an item they never shipped. I am not able to just take an item out of the store without paying that would be stealing but this company can take the funds out just because they stated the item shipped but never actually shipped. I have spent a lot of money at Kohls and I can now say I will NEVER shop her again.

I placed an online order, my account was charged immediately, I received an email confirming my order. 3 weeks later, I call for the 3rd time and was told the order number belonged to someone else. They can't find any information about my order. Now I'm trying to get my Bank to cancel the charge. I'm sorry is all that Kohl's customer service had to say. I'm out the 4 shirts that I wanted, and the amount charged.

Was in your store twice today and received excellent service from Marlene in the Baxter Mn store. I was highly satisfied both times She was very informative, very polite and very knowledgeable of her job. Thank you Marlene I will look for you each time I go in the store.
