Beware before ordering online from Kohls. I tried to return my order three different ways: through their "hassle free" returns via their website; through their customer service online chat; and physically calling/talking to a customer service rep ear-to-ear. It was all in vain. I still have to drive 60 miles to return the item in a physical store versus being able to do it through the mail, UPS etc... Kohls will do whatever they can to prohibit your return. I spent 1 hour this morning trying to return an item. Don't order from them.

Placed my first ever online order with Kohl's today. Even went through the hassle of setting up an account. Received email confirmation of my order. There was a charge pending on my bank account for Kohl's and an hour later received an email saying that they couldn't complete my order. I called CS and they said they canceled the order but didn't know why. But. I could reorder! Not going through that hassle again. That's okay. Amazon, Walmart and Macy's will get my business exclusively moving forward. Kohl's actually USED to be my favorite department store.

I went to Kohls on Peoria and 83rd ave today. I was shopping the mark down rack. I went to purchase the clothes I got off the markdown rack and they weren't marked down and the cashier said they weren't marked down and I told him I got them from the markdown rack and he didn't even do anything. I also received a coupon that had all these exclusions and couldn't use it on any of the items I bought. Why give me a coupon that has so many exclusions. There was a long list.

Retailers wonder why business is dropping because they have lost their way and forgot consumers should be valued and appreciated and they will be loyal. Made a purchase with Kohl's cash only to find out the order could not be fulfilled. I called the said they would issue me a credit, which apparently is Kohl's cash with an expiration. I go back on to place another order and of course the Kohl's cash is expired. I contact the service desk and say I thought I was issued a credit without expiration. But policy is policy and they reiatered it over and over and that records don't say they said a credit. So basically telling me it's my fault, which I may have misunderstood. It's a whopping $30 which would have covered their overpriced items anyway. We really don't need Kohl's when we have thousands of online shops. But I always try to support local businesses because I enjoy going in a store and shopping. I miss the old school Kohl's where customers were valued and would care when we are inconvenienced by their lack of updated systems to ensure products are in their store. But yet it's our fault and none of their own. Note to Kohl's: Just took my business elsewhere- $180 shop losing you $150 in sales. Guess holding onto the $30 was more important...

KHOLS What can I say besides the store having sale signs with the WRONG product under the signs...IThis is like a bait & switch as the product on sale is almost the same as the one under the sign but cost more if you don't pay attention & grab wrong product & wait a half hour in line to purchase the product only to find out it was the wrong one is VERY FRUSTRATING to say tje least!! BAIT & SWITCH!! ALSO AS EVERYONE ELSE AGREES THE CUSTOMER SERVICE @ THE STORE & ON THE PHONE ARE TERRIBLE OVER 3 HOURS @ STORE & ON PHONE ONLY TO HAVE THE SAME ISSUE NOTHING GOT FIXXED !! THANKS LAST TIME SHOPPING @ KHOLS!!

Pathetic experience ever in shopping. I have visited kohl’s at Miramar and the manager was pathetic and very bad attitude, she didn’t even care about customers, and I have decided I will never go to the kohl’s store in my life. They don’t care about customers as simple as that. In past I did online shopping and worst experience ever. All items arrived were broken and half of it’s never arrived because they cancelled order without notifying me.

I always use Khols.com but not again. I would give no stars if possible. It makes no sense to me. The phone system is awful and doesnt always work so you have to make several attempts to speak to some and than answer numerous questions. So you repeat and repeat because of the language barrier. I placed an order and immediately realize I had the package shipped to my daughter in WA. I immediately called back and the system disconnected so I called back again. The Rep went through all these questions only to tell me he could not change the order or cancel the order it was already process I promise you it was not 10 minutes. Nothing moves that fast. I called back spoke with a Supervisor and she gave me the same story. I Received an email stating I could go get the package once it delivered in WA or tell the resident not to accept it. Once it received in whatever dept, I will get my credit. Lets see how long it will take to get credit on my acct since they work so fast processing orders. There needs to be a better system in place. Khols Customer Service is whack.

I've been a customer at Kohl's for years so I got myself a charge card from there and I pay my bill on time. A couple of times their automatic phone service to pay your bill will put the wrong date and gives you a late fee. Then they want 3 times what your bill is. I already pay over what my bill is but not 3 times. And everytime this happens I have to fight with them to remove the late fee and bring my bill down. Please don't get their charge card because they are just going to screw you over. I'm on the phone right now trying again for the 5th time to fix this mess that they have did. So I'm paying my card off and not going to shop there anymore.
