I will never order anything online again. I ordered on a Sunday and called a hour on Monday before getting anyone on the phone. (Said they opened at 7 and didn’t get someone until 8 because the recording kept saying they where closed) Online didn’t update my shipping address. They said they couldn’t change it and maybe the people at the address will do the right thing and return the packages. So I am out $115 even though I placed the order 9 hours ago or I can see if the shipping place will let me come pick it up there. I explained to them I moved and picking it up defeats the purpose of shipping. Thanks Kohl’s for nothing. I’ll not be shopping here again.

While I am pleased with the styles of women’s plus size clothing I have learned to check for stains... indicating the product has been returned. Have also tried on tops with hints of body odor. Recently, I have shopped elsewhere for clothing but continue buying small appliances and shoes at Kohls.

Very rude cashiers. If, they are talking to a friend, do NOT think that you are going to get waited on. You will only get a hag telling you that you have to wait your turn and ask you to step away from the counter. When I called about it, i felt that I was not a valued customer only a nuisance. Then they wonder why people shop online.

Kohl’s has the worst customer service. I placed an order that took well over two hours to deal with on the website because it is so slow when the order was complete I noticed there was an error and one item was being shipped to a store rather than to my home with the rest I called the customer service line the operator told me she would cancel the entire order and we could place a new order that would completely be shipped to my home. After I hung up with her I got an email showing that one item was still being charged to me and being shipped to my home when I called back in I was told they could not cancel it I would have to wait until it arrived and take it back to a store for credit explained that the Kohl’s store is not near my home and I needed them to cancel it I was told there was nothing they could do and they did not seem to care that this was their error the supervisor made it sound like it was my fault. Walmart customer service is better than Kohl’s unbelievably cold does not care about their customers they are horrible do not shop there and do not waste your time on their website. I would have to wait until it arrived and take it back to a store for credit explained that the Kohl’s store is not near my home and I needed them to cancel it I was told there was nothing they could do and they did not seem to care that this was their error the supervisor made it sound like it was my fault. I cannot believe the experiences I have trying to access my online account. It is a nightmare. You just keep looping to nowhere hoping to get access to your own account.

I placed an on-line order. There were 12 items total. We had recently moved, so requested pick up at the store. 8 of my items were shipped to the store for pick up, the other 4 items were shipped to my previous address. When I called about this, they said it was my fault, that I needed to check each item to be shipped to the store. I don't recall seeing this, and doesn't make any sense as to why 8 of the items would have been sent to the store and not the other 4. Their shopping cart is not specific about this. But what floored me is they refused to ship the items again, but this time to the store. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor would only give me her first name. When I asked for her supervisor's name, she refused to give me a name. I normally shop at Kohls every Christmas and I was planning on buying more items. I've only just begun shopping for Christmas items. Forget Kohls! I will stick with Amazon. Kohls customer service was awful. And their shopping cart sucks! Amazon would never treat their customers like this.

Spent over an hour shopping at Kohl's. Had 7 items (over 200 dollars worth) when went to checkout. Was told that none of my purchases qualified for the 30 % discount coupon that they sent me. Left all items at the checkout and walked out. I'm not going to waste my time in that store again with all the restrictions. There should be no restrictions. They are forcing me to shop on Amazon. There was another dept store (Herbergers) that did this same thing with their coupons and they went bankrupt because people stopped shopping there. I think that Kohl's is now heading in that same direction.

Love their variety of options for me as a tall person. Prices are great. In store experiences are great. Online shopping is not the greatest nor online customer service. Their shipping is misleading (I’ve paid for over night shipping 4 times and each time the items took 3-4 days to arrive). When contacting online customer service, each time the pattern is they blame the customer, offer no solution, then give some sort of a “sorry for your experience,” to conclude. There’s a big difference between the in person and online expedience. 5 for in store, 1-2 for online. I’d recommend only shopping in person.
