I ordered the Women's SONOMA Goods for Life™ Twisted Cable-knit Pullover Sweater in black which ships from their location in Amarillo TX. The first order arrived stuffed in their shipping bag, unfolded and wrinkled and wasn’t in their normal clear plastic bags. It was faded, dirty and trashy, had wood chips on it and lint all over it. It looked worn. I called customer service and they said to throw it away or donate it and sent a replacement. The replacement came from the same location, in the same condition, only this time with hair and feathers added!!! It was even more faded than the first one. I asked for a refund and was told to keep the replacement, but because I used Kohl’s cash, the CR said that they had to ‘file a case’ for the correct amount of the refund. Not sure that I’ll even receive a refund. I’m extremely disappointed in Kohl’s.

I live 55miles from the closest Kohl’s store. I ordered an item and I need a bigger size, I called to get it exchange and was told I will have to pay to send my item back!!! This is the worst customer service!! Really I have to pay to exchange my item or I have to drive an hour from my house! I will not be ordering or buying from kohl’s anymore this is the last straw! To bad because I have been a loyal card holder with them for over 10 years!!

Ordered a table online and it came damaged. Been on the phone an hour and a half...with customer service agents who can’t speak English...a friggin hour and a half! Can’t replace it for a month, can’t get a refund For over a week either! Refuse to expedite a new one! Buy Amazon! Stay away from Kohl’s for online orders!

Haven't ordered in a while because of past experiences, but figured we'd give them another chance. We ordered 5 items, received notification that all shipped and a tracking number. A week or so later received the package marked 1 of 1. There were only 2 of the 5 items in the package, but packing list said all 5 where there. I called customer service and now 1 item is not in stock. The customer service person took over 35 minutes on the call. They had to refund all three items and re-charge for the two that were going to reship. Horrible customer service. I doubt I will use Kohls.com ever again.

The ring security system i purchased from kohls was already registered to someone else and one of the piece was missing. It was on deal. They try to sell such items on deal. So please make sure before purchase.

I agree with the horror stories about Kohl's online. Have had great experiences with the local store and even online the few times I ordered, but......lat night I was given an email with a deducted price for pre-BFri prices of $119.99 for a Nuwave Bio 14 qt. air fryer which was good thru Nov 19th. Tday is the 19th and I went in to order it, finding the price was now 159.99 deducted to 134.--. I called a pointed out the problem where my cart price was higher and it is still the 19th. Rude and uncaring....nothing they can do....false advertising. "Never again." If it is not in the store for a good price, amazon or ebay here I come.

Do not buy anything online from kohls online. After a $400 Christmas present order for my babies. I noticed 15 minutes after the order was placed that it was going to be delivered to my old address in TN. I immediately tried to cancel the order online and with a rep who said well we can’t do anything. They even said 9 times just drive and pick it up. I tried explaining that it is an 18 hour round trip. She just said well that is inconvenient. The said because it switched to in fulfillment with it 15 minutes of order there is nothing they could do and we just have to hope the people who bought our house will deny the package. No Christmas magic or customer service from kohl’s and will never shop there again. No Christmas for my kids. Thanks kohl’s

Love my local Kohls. Tons of great deals combined with kohls cash and lots of coupons. I always get great prices.
