U cut me off website and on line ordering is horrible

Kohl’s cash is a scam. You earned Kohl’s cash from spending a certain amount. When spend Kohl’s cash they will apply Kohl’s cash as a coupon. I had $45 Kohl’s cash and purchased something for over 50$ so I could get free shipping. However, what Kohl’s did was they applied the $45 Kohl’s cash and told me My final price after that didn’t qualified for free shipping because my amount was less then $50. I ended up buying way more to get free shipping. One dress was ripped on the sleeve. The sweater was delivered to me with a security tag on. One item never got shipped. I went to the store to returned the ripped dress and to exchange the boots. They gave me back $10 for what I used with the Credit card and $6 Kohl’s cash for the dress. So in the end I’ll have to use that $6 to buy something from them again. Manager was rude and told me if I plan to return something then don’t use Kohl’s cash. I was not planning to return the dress. If the sleeve was not ripped or if I fit it right I wouldn’t have return it. I also used $45 worth of my own money to purchased the stuff. They applied Kohl’s cash as a coupon to all the items so when you return you don’t get all your money back but you’ll get some Kohl’s cash back as well. Which is a scam because that is forcing you to buy again. I will never shop from this store again. If you think you are getting a good deal go ahead but to me the Kohl’s cash is just bait to get customers to buy when in the end it is not cheap. If You want to spend their Kohl’s cash go to the store only buy what is worth of your Kohl’s cash. If you spend more and need to return they won’t give you back all of your own money.

I placed an order to purchase shoes for my son online and to pick up at a local store, but minutes later I received an email saying my order was canceled. For the cancellation, Kohls emailed me $5.00 to spend for their apologies from my previous order. So I ordered something online for $5.00 with my free cash from Kohls and placed order for pick up and guess what... I received another email saying this order was canceled. This time-no free $5 from the store. If you are keeping track...that is 2 orders placed online for pick up at store that were canceled. This store is overpriced, disorganized, and customer unfriendly.

I placed an order online on 12/15 for Nike Air Max Alpha men’s, picked up at the Tallahassee store & the wrong shoes were delivered. Customer service said there was no time to reorder the shoe to arrive before Christmas & that Nike must have put the wrong shoes in the box since the numbers matched what was in their system. They asked the manager to come up since there were no other shoes in the store to exchange them for & said perhaps she could give us Kohl’s cash or something for our inconvenience. The manager came up & said there’s nothing they can do and didn’t care to look at the photo of the order from the website because she was so sure that it was the right product even though they were clearly wrong color & the bottoms were different. She continued to say it wasn’t their fault that Nike must’ve put the wrong tag in the shoe or the wrong shoe in the box. We were all shocked that we had to walk away with the wrong product and no offer to find a solution this close to Christmas.

Never go here. Especially Kyle, TX location. Had receipt for Fitbit 3 & was only trying to exchange for 2 kids Fitbits. Had receipt digitally. Will not return. Beyond ridiculous.

I wish I had read other reviews before making a purchase with Kohl’s online. I ordered a kidcraft wooden dollhouse on 12/13. I was given a delivery date between 12/19 and 12/23. I received an email on 12/16 saying my order had shipped and was given the tracking number. Checked to see the status and sure enough it shows a label created but the item never shipped. Called customer service and they said they could not tell me anything or cancel or refund my purchase until 12/30 because their procedure says they have to wait 10 days from the last update. Asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold and then 99% sure the same girl picked up and gave me a different name and said she was a supervisor. TERRIBLE customer service. I will never make another purchase from Kohls

In the beginning of December I ordered a kitchen set for my daughter on Kohls.com costing approximately $300. It was going to be the main gift from myself, husband, grandparents and her aunt. I looked at the box and it said “box 3 of 3” (I only received one box). Upon calling customer for service they stated that they only saw one item delivered. I told them that I only had the parts for 1/3 of the kitchen. I asked to speak to a supervisor who said they could provide me either a refund, discount or send me the full item but not until well after Christmas. I told them that this was unacceptable as I had ordered the product and only received part of it. They stated that they didn't have a way to contact the warehouse where the item is kept, therefore could not request an expedited shipping. The supervisor I was speaking with then asked me if I had the item shipped via standard shipping, if I knew if UPS or FedEx could then expedite it themselves. When I stated I had no idea he stated “I don’t either.” So now I requested a refund and ordered the same product from Walmart, in hopes of receiving it no later than December 31 and with all parts included. Huge Christmas disappointment.

Never received one item in order and never received Kohl’s cash. Customer service gave me a reference number for Kohl’s cash on a future order but when we called back they said that reference number doesn’t exist. They lied to me. I will never shop at Kohl’s again!!!!
