Their credit card service sucks. I had a card with them nearly 4 years without any issues and little usage. After 4-6 months of inactivity they chose to cancel my card without any notice. Now my credit has been effected and there is no way to dispute it through credit karma. Wth Kohls? Just don't open a card with them. Waste of a credit check!

Kohl's sent me items that I didn't order and it created a snowball effect of issues. Spoke to a Barbara and she was rude and not at all helpful. I buy quite a bit online but will never do again with Kohl's.

Kohl's cash should be called Kohl's scam. Why I think it’s a scam, we as customer always get in the trap. I have very bad experience so many times. You buy stuff you get Kohl's cash. That Kohl's cash has to be spent within a week. If any reason you have to return that thing you get nothing. because that you spend Kohl's cash already. Just to use that Kohl's cash you buy unnecessary thing. Now you are stuck with the waste unnecessary stuff. It's disgusting. They should stop Kohl's cash. This totally scam. I will stop buying anything from Kohl's

Excellent customer service

Let me start off by saying I love kohl’s. It is the only place that my fiancée and I shop really anymore, So this is hard to say. Yesterday I went to do an even exchange on my shirt, got the exact shirt, same color same brand same price. The only difference was the size, hence the reason for exchanging it. I go to the counter and the young lady says I’m sorry we can’t do this because it’s going from a petite size to a regular size. I said that’s ridiculous it’s just a size difference and she said well it still won’t let me do it, you can return it and get the $8 back and buy the new one. I said well the new one will cost me $36 because I had coupons on the first one so that wouldn’t make sense. So I left with the old shirt and basically should just throw it away because it’s entirely to big. I have spent $1000’s of dollars in this place over 20 plus years and speak so highly of kohl’s but this instance has really made it so I’m not sure I will come back. I have a kohl’s card and I may even cancel that. I’m just really disappointed in the costumer service. She could have gotten a manager and I’m sure we could have easily figured it out but there was just no trying. Bring a manager myself I try not to judge on customer service but this time was hard not too, there was just no effort put forth to make a loyal customer happy and want to come back again.

Terrible, terrible, online service. Placed an order before a friend on the same exact item but hours before and his was fulfilled and mine was canceled. Never again will I shop here.

Someone used my email address to open a fake account at Kohl's. Over the past few years I've been in touch with them, asking to have my data wiped and account deleted, yet regardless I keep getting spam every holiday.
