I purchased a schwin bike and they are saying that it was delivered to my home today and fedex says they never shipped anything then when I called kohl’s they disconnected my call repeatedly. Don’t buy from kohl’s they are still sending emails saying it has been delivered when fedex has proven they never shipped it. Such a fraudulent act has completely ruin my ability to give a nice gift to my niece sooo disappointed and disgusted with kohl’s

I totally realize and respect we're all going through a major impact because of the Covid-19. However, there is NO ONE answering the Customer Service lines... one day I waited 41min the next day an hour and a half. I was told because I was personally affected by being caught in another country that my late fees and interest fees would be adjusted and credited back to my account! Guess what? NOT! I received my paper statement yesterday to find not one of the things Customer Service said they would take care of for me has been done! I am trying to call BUT NO ONE IS ANSWERING... NOT ONE PERSON IS WORKING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINES. Maybe someone should update the recording to NO ONE IS ANSWERING RIGHT NOW!

SPEND YOUR KOHLS CASH!!! Even with a pandemic, stores are closed, and they lack in sizes, they will not honor or extend your kohls cash deadline. Tried to spend my $50 on friday, they didnt have what I needed, expired on Saturday, and speaking to someone overseas, including a supervisor, they will not honor. Great way to support the American people Kohls!

First of all, I needed new shoes for work because of the covid pandemic (I am a nurse), and this was surprisingly one of the only places that still had the crocs on the clock shoe. Okay so great, I ordered it, and they sent me the wrong size! I cant even get in touch with anyone on the phone which is super frustrating because I would like to exchange the shoe for the correct size. I know that the stores are closed, which is why its confusing on their exchange policy for online orders. The customer service on the phone is infuriating because it keeps looping you back through the same options and at no point does it offer for you to speak with a real person. 0 out of 10.

Im not happy at all with kohl's they did not send a bill in the mail instead called me 7 weeks later and told me i was late i made the payment right then and asked why they did send a letter in the mail like normal they said one should have come i let them know it was never received they sent me to collections after speaking to 9they said they wait 90 days well not this time

We ordered from Kohls online and received 3 emails saying your packages where delivered and left on the front porch. With the Covid-19 we where all home and no one ever came to the house. All 3 time i called to say we never got our packages. All 3 times we had to give our phone#, e-mail and address all 3 times we answered the same and all 3 times they made up some kind of excuse why we didn't have our package. Before I got off the 3rd time I asked what they had for my address and they had the wrong address. We made our ordered over the phone, because we had Kohls cash that the online order system wouldn't except. I canceled my credit card. There no the only fish in the sea, theirs other store around

I will never shop with them online or in the store ever again. I purchased a pair of earrings for my daughter online, and when they arrived, one of the earring's backings was damaged making them useless, so since their stores are all closed I had to mail them in to get a refund. Well their policy is that they do not reimburse you for shipping them an item, even if they sent you something that was crappy and defective. Appalled by their ridiculous return policy, I decided to write a negative review of their terrible customer service and jewelry quality on their website. They rejected every single review I submitted because I spoke negatively about their customer service. They are terrible, and honestly I never really shopped there before, but because of this I'll never shop their ever again, even if they are selling their merchandise for 2 cents. I recommend shopping elsewhere.

Have no problem with store. Have issue with the way they handle credit card payment. Pay on your card early even before receiving bill in mail they charged late fee. Double check your bills people especially with that high interest rate. Won’t be using there card any more
