DO NOT ORDER FROM KOHLS. COM. I've ordered 7 times. 6 times it was wrong items, 5 times packaged with no care ( once they even used my ordered white towels AS PACKING MATERIAL !! Currently, I am still waiting for 2 skillets ordered 3 weeks ago. They seem to be only shipping from California lately. I live in Tennessee. It is completely unacceptable for them to change the delivery date after the orders placed. Why did I keep ordering? They kept promising better service the next time and after waiting 6 months before trying again, I fell for their big Spring sale. Shop anywhere But here. You'll save money, stress, and the chances of your items not being damaged will be greater. I'm cutting up my card this afternoon. Done.

Kohl's has nice clothing, but remember during this time of COVID when we are all need to shop online that Kohl's will not allow you to return items for free... you must pay to return the items (which is costly)!! THERE ARE MANY SMALL BUSINESSES THAT CAN'T AFFORD THIS THAT WILL LET YOU TRY ON ITEMS, BUT MAKE YOU WANT TO SUPPORT THEM!!

Paying your account balance online is much, much harder than it needs to be. Each month I pay on the same day and each month I have to reset my password because I cannot login. By the time I figure out why I can't login it's too late and I'm now locked out. So I call the number on the card like the site says I should and there's no one to answer so I can access my account. I'm tired of the hassle, there are better places to shop.

The No Hassle return is a myth. I received a chair that I ordered online and the chair was not what I really wanted. I tried to return the chair, but guess what, you have to wait until the stores reopen, whenever that may be. They do not offer a return mailing label to take to UPS or post office. As a matter of fact, on their Chat site, I was told that I had to pay for my own shipping. They have NO customer service email to write to. So, I have to wait for months for the stores to reopen to return the chair. Unless, of course, I decide to pay some ridiculous amount to have the chair mailed back myself. No Hassle Return...I think not

Kohl's is a reputable store to shop in in person. I have not tried the curbside pick during these days of pandemic. Last week I tried Kohls.com for online shopping to order a blender. What a fiasco. Their website used my current billing address with a three year old shipping address. You would think this would trigger an alert, maybe in a big red box on the screen. It did not. I did not notice the discrepancy on the Thursday evening that I ordered, but noted it Saturday morning when I received their email of notification that my item had shipped. I called them right away. Apparently, they only allow you a period of 15 minutes to make any corrections and they are unable to contact the shippers. Therefore, they were unable to cancel or redirect the shipment. The shipment arrived Tuesday evening at the wrong address. I don't know who lives there now or how to contact them. It strikes me as off that Kohl's is unable to contact the shipper in three days time, but the shipper can notify Kohl's that the delivery is complete within minutes. This is the 21st century isn't it? So, I'm out $85, have no blender, and Kohl's doesn't have a live person or even an email address to complain to.

Your return policy has gone from amazing to the worst. In the past if I had my receipt you took it back, now I have a short limited time and the people enforcing the policies are ugly about it. During my last return I told the manager, "Kohl's just burned their bridge with me, I'll never come back, ever." Sad! There are too many other companies out there that work cooperatively with customers regarding returns and I will patronize them ( Costco, Bed, Bath and Beyond) and be their spokesperson on my website, in my circle of friends, and in my classroom. Start looking for another job Kohl's employees, the writing is on the wall.

Apparently covid 19 is an excuse for horrible customer service and not issuing refunds. Prepare for +30 minute holds times if you are lucky enough to talk to a real person. Its been almost 2 months and I neither have my order or a refund. Never again will I purchase from kohls. After various attempts to fix these issues hours on the phone with them Im still being lied to and not given a refund. Thanks kohls for wasting my time and money.

I cannot check out on kohl's. When it asked for payment options it just shows the way to pay but does not allow me to enter anything. I've tried for four days, then I called and was on hold for a long time before exiting the call. Gail Anglemyer 5742298212 if you can help me check out.
