During the covid. I hate kohls poor customer service trying to pay my. Bill threw the phone . Was on hold for 25 m . Not good I am going to close my. Account t with kohls. They dont care about there customers . 👎. One less card to worrie about. Good. By kohls

While Kohls.com is easy to order from in this time of the COVID-19 virus the return policy is NOT. You can not return items to a store due to closings and unless it is the fault of Kohls you can not get a return label. You have to return items at your own expense or wait until the stores open and incur interest on your credit card in the meantime. Do NOT order from Kohls.com!

I placed an order for an item and then ordered three additional items to go along with the first item. Three days later I received an email that the main item that I ordered was now sold out and that the other items had shipped. Upon calling the customer service line my call was answered by a foreign person in a foreign company who did not speak good English. I explained that I did not want the other items without the original item, and that I did not live close to a store and I did not feel it should cost me to return the items. The person on the line advised that I was wrong that we did have a store in our town. I was a bit taken aback, as I am fairly certain that I would know if there was or was not. I am certain that the lack of proper English was a huge barrier but it was a very frustrating call. Kohl's should take a lesson from Amazon, or I do not anticipate them continuing in business for much longer.

Customer service is horrible. And why aren't they offering free return shipping on online orders since all of their stores are closed during the virus outbreak?? Going to think twice before shopping at Kohl's again.

Being an MVP credit card holder got you certain benefits like free shipping. Always. This is no longer and extremely frustrating when all stores are closed. I will shop somewhere else. Tired of their changing games.

So Kohls has closed all their stores. Ok well how about free shipping? So the stupid 30% coupon is a joke because I don't get a discount all I get is my shipping taken off big deal. Want to help customers then give free shipping on all orders while you are closed. But it's ok I will shop somewhere else.

Are you kidding me? I just spent an hour and 1/2 on the phone with Customer service trying to get a credit of $1.63! I’ve been a customer for 20 years and had settled my account to ZERO in January 2020. Then got a bill for $1.63 in March. First time I called customer service guy told me that they couldn’t waive $1.63 - I’d have to pay it and then call them to ask for them to send me a refund check of $1.63. I said that is ridiculous- asked for Supervisor and he put me in some black hole hold for 40 mins where no one answered. Called back again and was on hold for ANOTHER 30 mins. Yo finally get it resolved. Really Kohl’s????? That’s just F’d up!
