This is the second time that we returned something to Kohl's and they didn't credit the item. Then they have late charges etc. This time I said no way I will be paying this and told them the item and amount of the item returned. Received letter saying we were exempt from paying this and just started receiving emails and phone calls about owing $8.99, even tho haven't been in there or bought anything in past for $8.99. Used to like Kohl's but their billing system is either completely screwed up or they are crooked. Never going there again.

I had a khols charge account for several years, and I still have to changed my password every month because evidently the 11 year old that designed the website doesn’t know how to make remember my password from last month. And as always I have to call them again because my account is locked from too many attempts to login. When I pay the bill, I am canceling my account and I Hope khols goes belly up, I hate this store!!!!!!

I ordered a Hamilton Beach food processor. I have owned one in the past. I know it’s not top of the line but it works for me. The delivery came within 3 days. What I received was a mashed up box. The person who put this box into the shipping box knew this was damaged. The box had a large hole in the side and the top was taped up with scotch tape. Very disappointing!

Worst store ever. I went in to the Cambridge Kohl's store on March 8th 2020, and bought $193 worth of stuff and when I went to pay for my merchandise, the cashier insisted that I apply for a Kohl's credit card. I told her I thought I already had one, but wasnt sure when I had last used it. She insisted I apply again, and went on and on about the discount. I finally caved and upon review it said that I already had one. So, instead, I opted to pay with my bank card. Now Kohl's is trying to say that I owe them $193 plus late fees, but I have the bank records to prove otherwise. When I call and try to talk to the customer service none of them can speak fluent English, nor seem to get me to the right person to help resolve this issue. I will never go back to this dump ever again. I even went into the store withy bank statement, and tried to talk to the manager and they said they couldn't help me. Their customer service is a complete joke.

Our family has been buying from Kohl's here and there for many years. Since the pandemic we have lost half our income and trying to make payments but it is not easy and we are catching up slowly. We contacted Kohl's by their website messaging for covid-19 issues they sent us a letter saying that they will waive a fee for the month but I should still call to make a payment. About a week or so later I picked up the phone and it was a Kohl's representative looking for a payment and I explained my situation and they were kind of rude as I told her I only had about $7 left in my bank account and she asked me how much of that do I want to pay on my card and I said I'm not using my last several dollars I have left to pay a card. She then asked me if I could go out and ask a family member to borrow the money. I hung up. I am cutting my card up and making my payments as I can pay them. We will never be shopping at Kohl's again. They aren't that great anyway. They were just close by and a few times they had some things that we liked that were on sale online. Other than that they're pretty expensive and a lot of stuff comes shipped incorrect when ordered online. Probably why they are doing so bad.

Recently splurged on a Kohl's shopping trip during one of their sales before July 4th and received $100 Kohl's cash and was told I could spend it online or in the store but for hours have been trying to enter and re-enter the bar code and pin at checkout before the deadline tomorrow and their both not recognized?? Now it looks like I will have to go inside the store and shop for my grandson before I lose it which is counter-productive to encouraging others to shop online and stay home but HEY?? Guess I'm going out tomorrow or I lose it! I'm also a Kohl's charge customer and logging into their website every month to pay my bill is the biggest pain, I understand security and I appreciate you trying so hard to protect it, but it doesn't need to be so inconvenient. I work with other financial retailers and your site by far is the biggest headache to login and pay your bill, which also requires a store visit when unachievable online, again not conducive to the stay at home SIP orders.

I was trying to order 2 shirts to be picked up in the store to avoid paying more for shipping then what I paying for the shirts. They made me jump through hoops till they finally agreed. Then gave me a hard time because my husband name is first on the account and wanted to talk to him before they would place the order. Once I told them hes not available they refused to help me. I'm on the account and 50 years old and I was treated like a criminal and a piece of crap. They dont mind taking my money when I pay off the card.

Worse customer service ever. If you try to buy online they never have the items available to pick up on the store. You have to wait long time for delivery at your address.
