I ordered 5 different items because of the sale they had going on. My order was split 3 different shipments. UPS, FedEx and postal service. I only received 1 item thru Postal Service. The other items are saying that they were delivered on the website, but they definitely were not delivered. I have not received the rest of my order. I called customer service, they lady told me to wait 7 days as they do a investigation and I will be contacted by someone via email. I got the email it literally states from someone named Neliza F. that she cannot do anything because all items were marked as delivered. And please check all areas of your house as driver likes to hide packages that are not visible from the streets. I emailed her back saying that I have not received the items nor my neighbors. The crazy thing is I know they didn't ship the others because my neighbors even vouched to say the dates of which they were delivered UPS or FedEx wasn't in the neighborhood. This doesn't make sense. Another crazy thing is when you go on UPs or FedEx website it says delivered but it doesn't give the address, it only gives the city and state. Somethings really fishy **Hello reviewers, I wanted to update my review so I got in contact with Kohl's thru email because it seem as though when I called the main customer service number I couldn't get thru to a live person for some reason, I kept getting an "robotic voice- response" even if I didn't select a prompt 🤨 seem as thou they set that up because of so many times I kept calling. I emailed customer service at Kohls.com and got in contact with someone else. Her name was Mary Antoinette L. she was very helpful, she investigated and I was sent a refund for the items I didn't receive. So I went online at Target and Bed Bath&Beyond and found the same items I was looking for, around the same price. I received the items thru FedEx 😁 and now I'm happy.

Online order processing time is ridiculously SLOW. I understand that coronavirus is affecting everyone. However, it is almost August, and Kohl's doesn't seem to have gotten itself together. We order online regularly from other retailers (Target, Costco, Famous Footwear, etc.) and *none* of them seem to be having the issues that Kohl's still does. It took a full week for Kohl's to even process and ship 3/4 of our order and will now be another 3 days until it arrives. So 10 days! Much too late for when we needed it. If this had been obvious upfront, we would not have ordered. But at checkout, the estimated delivery date was 5 days earlier than it's actually going to be now. What a disappointment. Will be returning everything.

This happened at the East Brunswick location. Now with covid - 19 going on there is a lot of discrimination with Asians. So the lady at the return counter was white and treated everyone good because they were white. When it came to me being Asian she was down right nasty. Worse employee ever to work the return counter. Hope you don’t get covid.

I have never written a review before, good or bad. However, my experience at Kohl’s today is going to be hard to forget! I hate the word “disabled”, but that is what I am. Until I walk you would not know that I have an auto-immune inner ear disease that destroyed my balance almost six years ago when I was 42. I struggle with accepting my fate and I am so embarrassed when people stare or ask me if I’m okay. I only go to stores that have carts so I can shop safely and not fall. I just can’t bring myself to use a walker, yet. Kohl’s has carts and is one store that I can maneuver because of the carts. Today, my daughter and I were returning some items, and then she found some socks she wanted. She threw them in the cart and we went to the register. As I put the socks on the counter the cashier said, “You really need a cart for two packs of socks?” and then laughed. I WAS SO EMBARRASSED!! I told her I needed the cart in order to walk, but I doubt she heard me. I didn’t say it very loud. I’m sure some people think this when they see me at the grocery store or Wal-Mart when I only have a few items, and I’m pushing a cart all the way to my car, but no one has actually questioned me or laughed. The Kohl’s cashier was not a young adult either. She should know that some people need assistance no matter how they look or appear. I will carry this experience with me every time I go into a store. I don’t leave my house often because of the way I walk, and now I’ll go out even less. That never should have happened! I had the worst exsperiace of my life so bad ..there employees humiliated embarrassed took away dignaty and left me feeling low and nervous it was abousive and rasist I can't walk away from this without my voice heard no one deserves to be treated with such disraspect and a personal attack on my character as the employees did to me that day

Terrible !!!! I tried to cancel 15 mins later...Now I have to wait for the order to return it to the store

Worst experience of my life ordering from a company. Kohls screwed up order and refused to make right. Never had this happen withvany other company. Will never do business with Kohls again andcwill tell everyone I know to do the same. Terrible company.

I don’t wanna give a single star to kohl’s store shopping card service but I can’t proceed further without this to write a review. Anyway , my credit history is very good but I apply kohl’s card 2 times a year they refused likewise I am a thug . I have no criminal record . I have good job as well . All these hard credit inquiries are for good genuine people and some bad people clear first time even they holding worst credit record .
