Part of my online order is missing. Did the online chat and it said 47 minute wait. I waited an hour and a half before ending. Tried the phone number to customer service and waited another 45 minutes before hanging up. Not sure where to try next???

Terrible customer service! I tried to call all night long and could not get through last night - I lost $45 in Kohl's cash which has now expired. The system would not recognize my order even after I created my account and used the same email. An enormous waste of time. Wait time was 53 minutes; Customer Services is non-existent in this company. I am done.

I ordered a winter jacket for kiddo for Christmas on line. Great deal. I noticed they refunded my card and cancelled order and never said anything! When I called they gave me 1800 and I did everyhting requested and tried to use online chat as they requested. No answer at all either end! NICE SERVICE KOHLS!!!

Placed a ship to store order a couple weeks ago. They sent it to a store in Chicago where as my store is in Missouri. I used online customer service. She was supposed to cancel my order and confirmed cancellation and said I would be refunded. A few days later I got a pick up ready notification. I called the Chicago store CS to let them know there was a problem. The woman there cancelled my order BUT instead of a refund I got charged again! I went to my local store. They can't do anything about it. I called CS and waited 40 mins just to be told they can't do anything about it either. Never again!! I will never bring my business to them again!!!

I ordered a tablet for my granddaughter kept showing they had a shipping label but never shipped after 2 weeks. order was placed 11/06/2020 I called and cancelled the order and as of today 12/9/2020 I have yet to get my refund I have called multiple times and keep being told 7 days. Then told 21 days. This is ridiculous how they cannot refund money as they should. I have talked to several supervisors with no help or refund. I will not be shopping online at kohls again!! Horrible customer service!

Shipping is slow as frozen ice. Package has had a label for 10 days and ups still doesn't have it. Customer service is impossible to get ahold of. Chat is worthless, 58 minute hold to no where. I am done using them no matter how cheap they are.

Ordered two pairs of shoes on the 22nd for my daughter's for Christmas. Later that day received a shipping notice with tracking information for both pairs as they were split. One pair was a online/in-store item and the other was strictly online. The online/in-store pair shipped via USPS arrived 11/26. The strictly online pair tracking says label created since the 22nd with no updates from Pitney Bowes for the last 18 days and a delivery date of 11/25 from Kohl's. I paid for shipping as it was under the 75 dollar amount. Can't get through to customer service. Update: I messaged Kohl's on instagram 12/13/2020 and provided the order number. They responded back about 5hrs later that they reshipped the shoes with UPS 2nd day air. UPS has picked up the package and it is moving. Twitter and Instagram seem to be the best avenue to contact them. I also reported Pitney Bowes to the BBB.

I ordered a "Shark" brand Smart vacuum, Early November. But I never received it, when I tracked my item, I was told that the item was either broken or stolen during the shipping process. I waited for 3 weeks to hear news about my refund or if I was going to get another vacuum shipped to me but I didn't hear anything from Kohl's. So I called today to get some information about my item, not only did I have to wait for 30 minutes on hold to be helped but the associate that answered the customer service call her name was Nicole and I believe her ID number is 1085 but couldn't be sure because she didn't speak clearly enough for me to hear. But this associate was extremely rude during this call, my item was broken / stolen from what was recorded in the tracking website and she tried to tell me that I had to wait till this item got returned from UPS for me to receive my refund even though I've been waiting for 3 weeks already. And if I wanted a new vacuum I had to repurchase it after I already paid for this item without receiving a refund nor was the item ever in my presence. And when I try to tell this associate that these two policies were ridiculous, she put me on hold again for 30 minutes without telling me she was going to place me on hold, she did this when I was still speaking to her. I stayed on hold hoping she would come back so I could asked for her correct name and ID number. But 30 minutes later the operator told me to press the number 5 to rering the associate that I was speaking to, the associate did not answer the call because the operator told me that the associate was no longer available. I had to wait an extra hour on hold for another associate to be able to answer my call and help me. I was taken aback by the way I was treated by this associate because I've been a loyal customer with a Kohl's charge for years but also as someone who used to work for Kohl's as well. I was thankful for the associate Kim who answered my call after. He was very helpful in reporting the other associate that answered my call before him. To which he told me that the previous associate never even made the case for me either. He was able to help me reorder the vacuum and transfer the payment I did for the vacuum that was stolen/broken to the new one, with information on when this new order should be delivered. This associate definitely restored my faith in Kohl's, because after my experience with the past associate I was ready to cancel my Kohl's charge and never shop at Kohl's or order anything from Kohl's again.
