Don’t ever think resolving a payment issue with Kohl’s will be easy. Unable to get past low level CSR employees in order to talk with a manager in accounting. Long time Kohl’s cardholder. Made payment 2 1/2 weeks early and was not credited. Hours of phone calls to no avail. I simply want account credited and past due charges removed. Have faxed them bank documents proving payment was sent. No one able to handle problem and make corrections without saying it would be reviewed. That’s unacceptable. We want it done now.

Horrible customer service. Simple online transaction led to hours of calls and online chat for them to tell me why my order is processed then cancelled on their end. Cancelling my Kohls card and never shopping there again. Prices are great but my time is worth way more than the savings.

I would give them -0- if I could, some of the items said delivered I never got them!!! They cancelled an item never let me know !! I used kohl’s cash for the item they cancelled they did not give me back the kohl’s cash !! I will never order from Kohl’s again !!

I love Kohl's. I used to shop in the store extensively. ONLINE shopping, however, is a disaster. One order is typically broken up into many and shipped from all over the country. A recent order has 5 of the items not shipped yet so I used their chat to find out IF they are coming or not. It took me an hour and 11 minutes to find out that there are 5 items not shipped. Yes, seriously. At this point, there isn't time for gifts to get HERE, so I can mail them, even if they shipped today. You would THINK something ordered in November would arrive in time for Christmas. I'll keep shopping Kohls, but only IN the store.

I didn't want to give Kohl's one star!!! Online guest checkout is a joke. No one can help you with anything after all the information you enter if you accidentally lose your tracking #. They tell you they don't have the tools for that!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING!!! They can't even find it through the one delivered item. Exactly why I didn't want an account because I heard bad reviews and they were right!!! They take your money and lose all or part of your order!!! Never shop here!!!

I love how they tell you it’s too late to cancel your order a day after placing it but then don’t ship it till a week later. WTH!

Your Christmas commercial is so depressing, seriously!

Ordered a big order for Christmas. The only thing I ordered for myself was a pair of jeans. They arrived today, but with a security tag attached! So discussed with this, now I get to drive to a store an hour away to hopefully get it removed.. Please tell me know one else is going to deal with this.. Ridiculous!! 😠 not happy!
