I ordered something on 11/30 none of the tracking has been updated on one of the items yet... it's supposed to be here in 2 days. When I asked at the store the woman was very nice but told me I had to call he post office and then customer service. The post office said it had yet to ship. It took me a while to locate the phone number... they have some joke of a live chat button. And everytime I call customer service I am on hold for 15 min and the. It hangs up... I have yet to speak anyone! All I want to know is when this thing is coming in or of it has shipped

December 3: I will never order from Kohl's again. I placed a large order, input my info, checked the box that said the billing was the same as the shipping address, and yet the order was shipped to an address where I have not lived for nearly four years (2,000 miles from where I live). I called Kohl's. The recording directs customers to chat about orders online, a function that is not even available once you go to the page they say. I was on the phone for nearly 40 minutes and the only thing they could do was refund my money and tell me to re-place the order. It was a cyber Monday order and now all those deals are gone and I am left to figure out Christmas presents I've already purchased, while my packages are being shipped 2,000 miles from my house. This is the worst customer service ever and I will not be ordering from you ever again. Could not be more disappointed. Today: I still have not received a credit for the charges on my account. In fact, I keep getting more charges. I was told on December 3 that my order would be canceled and refunded to my card. Not only and am I still getting charged, but I'm getting charged for MORE than I even ordered!!! I have been charged $233.42 when my order was only $163.90. It's Christmas and now I need to rebuy these gifts elsewhere. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!

I’d give them a negative but that’s not possible. After ordering and changing every address I saw my order still went to the wrong address. I called them within their 15 minute window but sat on hold over 30 minutes and then told I waited to long to change or cancel my order. Was told to have the address changed call UPS. I did and three wanted a call in to kohl’s and the rep said he would fix it so the package would come back then I’d be refunded and don’t you know it was still delivered. So having to dispute the charge with my card company. Worst service ever will never shop with them again.

i dont know why is taking so long to get my product this is the worst customer sevice so bad its like they don't do anything. first the chat told me not to worry my product with come to you on the estimate delivery date. and once i call them they told me its might come later!!! I was lied too not happy about that fix you're customer sevice kolhs'!!! check on the fedex tracking and its hasnt been update in 4 days really upset

I placed an order with Kohl’s just two weeks before my daughters birthday. A week later When I checked the status of the order, it said it arrived. When I tracked the tracking number on UPS website, it stated that the order was delivered on my door step. Um.... no!!! I waited a week later hoping that the order would show up and it did not. I called UPS but they said they could do not anything since their driver documented that he dropped it off on our front porch. GREAT!!! So I called Kohl’s costumer services, explained what happened and they were kind enough to refund me my money back. It was not difficult, but i was unable to reorder the item since it was sold out. No other store near us had it. Disappointed, but just happy that kohl’s reimbursements me my money back. This is why I am giving them a great review.

I placed my order containing 3 items on November 30th. On December 2nd I received an email that “all items have shipped.” HOWEVER, only 1 item actually “shipped”....the other 2 items just had a label created, and the “shipping” status is that the items are “ready to go” and that the carrier is awaiting the items to be shipped. I did receive the 1 item, but the other 2 items were supposed to arrive in December 10th. As of today, December 12th, the items are STILL in the same status of “ready to go” with the carrier awaiting the items. After speaking with customer service, I cannot cancel my order and evidently Kohl’s has until December 17th for the items to be delivered...and if I have not received the items by December 17th I can call back and speak with them again to get an update. At this point, I do not believe I will receive my items before Christmas, and I need that money refunded so that I can buy different presents. I am NOT HAPPY. I will NEVER shop online at kohl’s again.

I wish I could give them a zero but unfortunately we can’t. I placed an order for curbside pick up on Monday went on my lunch hour to get it no problem. Today I’m wrapping the gifts and realized one of the gifts that I selected should’ve been for 12 months and they gave me a size 24 months. I called the store to complain and they said I had to come in for an even exchange. And of course they don’t have anymore. So I told her to look up see what stores have it and I want them to ship it to my house free of charge since they screwed up. I was told no they can’t do that. So I picked out a crummy outfit for my great nephew and all the other boys are going to have matching outfits except for the baby! Now I know why I don’t shop at Kohl’s lousy, lousy customer service!

I will never order from Kohl's again. Customer service, no service at all. An issue with the mailing address and they can't address it even though it hasn't been processed or left the facility.
