if i could give 0 stars i would. I ordered two items on 12/9, and never received a confirmation email containing the order numbers. Kohl's charged my card and i have no way of tracking my orders to see if they're even being processed. I am unable to get in contact with customer service. Their chatbot function on their website is one of the poorest ive ever used, and the phone number is a road to no where. Horrible, horrible customer service.

Placed an order on November 22. Package was supposed to arrive by December 4. Called on the 10 th and was told the order would be here by the end of the day. Waited and received only 2 items. Called back earlier today and was told all other items were unavailable and they will issue refund. I had this same problem with Kohl’s last year and should have learned but I figured I’d give them another shot. WRONG!!!! Never again very unprofessional!!!!!

Took over two weeks for my order to go to shipped status, which then gave me access to my Kohl's cash which was USELESS because the time frame for using it had passed. I waited over an hour to talk to an online rep through chat. 45 minutes of long delays later she just kicked the issue down the road and told me to contact them later through chat. = (

Last month, I tried many times to pay my bills online through the app on my phone but the app doesn’t accept payment. Then they overcharged me because of “ payment delay” what’s worse after they stole my money they stole my credit!!! Plus interests on purchases!!!Really, it a kind of scamming..Now, I’m trying to pay the full amount I owe them but the same issue..are they doing this in purpose to steal people’s money and affect their credit?! I’ll never go shopping from Kohl’s.

Rating 1 because there is not a zero. Ordered 15 days ago and order label was created but order has not left the facility where the label was created. Can NOT get ahold of anyone via phone, online message support, etc. left holding my spot in line for beyond ridiculous lengths of time. What’s going on Kohl’s??? Not purchasing online ever again.

lf I could rate khols 0 I will do that .awful customer services nobody answer you.waiting time is for ever.online purchasing horrible waiting more than estimated. with tracking number you can not find out when you receive your item. never purchasing from this corporation again.

I ordered five items in one order. I received one..... I can't get anyone - electronic or real - to help me. They say my order was delivered...but I can't reach anyone to explain. These were Christmas presents.

WORST customer service! They don't deserve even 1 star. I couldn't click on zero stars. So far, I have seen that they do NOT have customer service! On their website or calling in, you can not get an answer. I can not get any information about an item I ordered or why it is late. Other than it is in "fulfillment" Been waiting on phone so far today - 1 hour
