I ordered 11/27 ...today is 12/16. Still not here. I understand the busy holiday and covid effecting times alittle BUT to pay for shipping and not have answers, packages or a refund is awful customer service. I will never order from them again. Update- 12/19 still no delivery date known. I paid $9 in shipping costs. I really wish I would've read the other reviews first before ordering. This is stealing.

OH WOW! They do have an issue with there website!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I had the same issue where I updated my MAIN billing address and shipping address, everything was correct on the confirmation page of the website. However, when the order shipped, it shipped to my OLD ADDRESS from 10 YEARS AGO. So of course I call Kohls customer service, wait forever on hold, for the CSR in another country I could not understand, tells me that she CANNOT DO ANYTHING FOR ME! These are Christmas gifts I said and I have never had such TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! She stated to call back once the order has shipped to get a refund. I have never heard of this ever for online orders. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM KOHLS AGAIN! I am currently waiting on hold again for 20 minutes and they better give me my money back. ATTN: KOHL'S MANAGEMENT Fix your website and replace your outsourced Customer Service ASAP! You are losing customers by the second due to your poor choices!

They sold my credit card information and then lied about it for 3 hours in the phone.I have fraudulent charges from OHIO at 11:30pm and I live in NC, they customer service reps are not helpful in the LEAST. The FTC has already fined them for this in June of 2020 and they are continuously destroying their customers credit!!!!

I normally would not take the time to write a review about an online shopping experience, but my experience with Kohl's online store has been so bad this season that I searched for a site on which I could post a review. When Black Friday came around, I figured that I would be good about trying to find some new clothes online rather than braving the store. Ordering and purchasing the items was simple enough, but over a month later we have received only 1 of the 4 packages that they sent. (Don't ask me why they split up one order into 4 packages. Clearly the 'efficiency' they were looking for in shipping it that way has been lost!) We did receive a second package, but it contained someone else's items. The other two packages are "running late" but "in transit" with no date attached to them. When we went to the store, they said to call customer service. Fine. But, after (so far) 5 hours of trying to solve the problem, we are still looking for a solution from the Kohl's customer service line. I honestly don't know if we will get it resolved and I've just about given up hope. I don't know how a company makes a living today by offering an online service that can't correctly ship items within a month's time. Good luck Kohl's. You will honestly need it if nothing changes soon!

I ordered during black Friday/cyber Monday sale as a Christmas gift. The order was supposed to be shipped to the store for pick up between December 3-14. I just received an email the day after (Dec.15th) it was supposed to arrive saying that the item is no longer in stock which I think is ridiculous seeing as how I ordered and paid for it weeks ago. So apparently if you shop online, there is no guarantee you will get the item because it is not held for your order. Items ordered online will only be received if they are in stock at the time the order is fulfilled. I think this information should be stated before you add the item to the cart or at the checkout process. In addition, because I ordered during a sales event, I received a discount of almost $40 off the original price. Today the website shows the item is in stock but it is full price!?! If I would have known this information beforehand, I would not have ordered this item.

They got my order wrong several time. I fianlly had to cancel my order and move on to another store. BAD RETIALER

I ordered off kohls.com on the 30th of November. Today is December 13th. Order still says it's in fulfillment. So I call there is a 40minute wait time. By the time someone gets threw they tell me they have no clue where it's at? Then tell me to call the store it's being shipped to. So I called the store and they have no clue where the item is either? Nobody can find my item or give me my money back. You can never get ahold of the people at Kohl's.com and when you do they want you to call the store it's being shipped to. So for me I don't have the item I already paid for or the money so kohls.com will never get my business ever again.
