I placed an order for two items on 12/04/20! Only to recieve 1 item 4 days later but the other item took a lot longer to even be shipped! Calling customer service does no good! They cant help and push you off the phone as quickly as possible! Dont know if i will ever receive my item before Christmas! Surly it doesn't take 20 days to get my second item delivered when it only took 4 days for the first item to be delivered! Will i shop at kohls again? Probably not! Not worth the stress! KOHLS DO BETTER!

I'm trying to apply Kohl's cash to an online order. When I tried to apply it, the amount changed to zero which is accurate. However, it was not deducted from my shopping cart balance. I called customer service and they basically called me a liar. I kept repeating the scenario to no avail. I also had to ask the rep roughly 10 times (no exaggeration), to let me speak to his supervisor before putting my call through. Then the next person said she didn't have a supervisor and was equally rude. So I called my local store and they said they couldn't do anything and I should TRY customer service again. SERIOUSLY??? Would not recommend doing business with them!!!!

I placed my order on 1129 I have yet to receive anything. The tracking is a joke according to the tracking my package has gone back-and-forth to the same location multiple times.

Today is 12/18/20 and I placed an order on 11/24 and all items received except for 2 items. These items were sent to Pitney Bowes to ship and they have had them since 12/7 or so the Kohls website says. Check Pitney Bowes they cannot find the tracking number. Call Customer Service and no help at all. They say item is with USPS - USPS website says they are still waiting for the package. Customer Service will not contact carrier and say I have to wait an additional 12 business days before they replace or refund - which brings me to 12/23/20. Too late for Christmas but they do not care about that at all. Spoke to CS rep Nadia and a supposed supervisor named Kevin. Each only repeats the same thing over and over. This is not what Customer Service means and have never experienced such a lack of customer care. Kohls should change the name of the department to No Service. I will never shop Kohl's again.

I wish I could upload a picture of what I received from Kohl's. I ordered a set of towels and they look like they've been hacked up. They were folded and shoved in a bag. Looks like I got someone else's returned towels. I didn't realize they don't cover shipping for return items even if they came damaged so now I'm off to the store in the middle of a Covid stay at home order right before Christmas to return my damaged order. Thanks. This was definitely the last time I shop with this company.

I ordered a Christmas present for someone, and was supposed to be here before Christmas. I got email saying shipped and deliver date will be the 11th. but item was never picked up by ups. it says shipping label created. I called and used website to find out why. I was told give it time their behind, but now it will be to late no offered way to resolve no call back.

BEWARE - REBATES TOPIC There was a thing every black friday that they will give you a set amount of money back if you purchase an item. Now guess what happen its a big SCAM .. Me and my friends sent all what needs to be send but their claiming now that the UPC cut out code is missing BS .. Not again
