I purchased something on Nov. 27th, my package is still IN TRANSIT ! I'm afraid I never get it. I called customer service and there was no any help. Terrible experience.

I visited the Khol's store on Webster NY yesterday and had a very pleasant experience until I had to leave. There was an extremely rude woman demanding to go in the store without a face mask. Like it or not, face masks are mandated in NYS and I did not appreciate that I had to walk by her in order to leave the store. I felt so bad for the poor employees and the manager who had to deal with this situation but I have to say, I was very impressed with their level of professionalism. Thank you Khol's for helping to keep us ALL safe!

I went into the store in Webster NY today for the very first time. I tried to ask a floor associate where something was when she rudely put her hand 2 inches from my face and said she didn't speak to people without a mask . I went to a manager about this and instead of being politely spoken to he acted like Hitler, and illegally asked me why I wasn't wearing a mask then asked for a doctor's note. I do not legally need to prove I have lung issues nor do I deserve to be treated like I am so low life deceased infected scum. The NY Mandate states if you can wear a mask then do so . Stay 6 feet away or wear a mask as does the CDC... I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO EMBARRASSED IN ALL MY LIFE.. I do not see me going back to a KHOLS store any time soon!!

I placed an order today and tried to cancel today. They refused to cancel the order. I paid for expedited shipping and found another store who will ship for free two days. No local stores carry 40 by 30 pants in stock which is totally unacceptable no everyone is skinny

Hands down consistently the worst shipping experiences. My package has allegedly going to be delivered for a week straight and has yet to come. Seems to just stay in the shipping facility in the town next to mine. Wish I could just go pick it up instead

Kohls need to find more professional people to answer your phones instead of people in other countries who have no communication skills ...Ridiculous and frustrating..I will pick up my oder from the store from here on out!!!!

I have never had such poor customer service in my life other than maybe in store at a Walmart . I purchased a toy for my granddaughter on 11-29-20. Dec 13th still in processing so I cancelled the order. I have yet to receive a refund however they had a hold of 150.26 hold on my acct. and then after order was cancelled the 75.13 was deducted from my acct. All they can say is : I don’t know how that happened but you should get a refund in 3-6 days. First it was 7-10 days. I have spent a lot of money at Kohl’s but will not EVER shop there again. The customer service reps even the manager was very rude. It’s amazing how big businesses do not appreciate your business. However I will say when I shop Amazon or Walmart my refund is same day or next day. 7-10 days is unacceptable. They take your money immediately but you have to wait two weeks to get it back and call continuously. Go to H... Kohl’s you are a piece of crap!
