I purchased items online for $141.27 during black Friday. They gave me a $35 reward as a cash card which is I had to use within a week. so, I used that cash card and purchased on $80 jacket. Then I realized I can not claim a rebate online for black Friday's items. so, I returned everything, including the jacket which is I purchased from the cash card. still, they took $35 out from the credit card. They don't have a right to take money out from my credit card. they only can take money out if I kept the jacket from the cash card. but, I returned that jacket too. so, basically, they fool you by giving you a cash reward. It was my money and I did not even keep their cash card or items still they deduct $35 from my account and I called them and they said that I used their cash card but they never understand that I returned that item too. This is really ridiculous and that's why they are closing so many stores. This is not honesty! PLS PEOPLE BE AWARE TO GO TO KOHLS!!!! I go to Macy's or so many other big stores but never had this kind of experience.

Well Dec.. 24th. My order is not here.. it is not going to make Christmas.. will NEVER shop kolhs again. This was my first shopping experience with your company. I will stay with Belk! My order I was told is in Texas This is the 23rd. Of Dec. I ordered on Dec. 9th. The tracking is a joke! Are you too cheap to use FedEx? I will not get the Christmas presents before our dinner at 12;00 tomorrow. I should have read your reviews before ordering from you. It's clear you dump on your customers. I waited for 45 min. To speak to someone that knew nothing about my order! NEVER! Again! I will tell everyone I know about this experience. Then watch you loose customers. I'll see your name beside JC Penny. You will learn that you survive through customers the hard way. I will go on every site and tell my story. I will hurt your business. KARMA coming your way. Hold on! I have a big mouth with many friends that will ban together and spread the word. You have passed off the wrong person. By the way keep your stupid Kolh cash. I'm not about to buy anything else from you.

Bought christmas items on Nov 26. Only got a few of the items. Called customer service at least 6 times. Sorry to be rude, the agents do not speak Englsh, very hard to understand. My items have been lost since Dec 5, somewhere in New Jersy. I bought the items, paid for them, never received, the company refuses to issue a credit. Then bought the same items on Amazon, got the items in 3 days. Maybe Kohls will become the new Sears, guess what happen to them

Ordered Christmas gifts on Nov 28th. Today is Dec 23rd. No delivery as of yet ... which means I won’t get it by Christmas. Thought about calling customer service but do not have 3 hrs to wait for someone to pick up the phone. Will never ever shop at Kohl’s again. Shocking how their fulfillment quality has fallen off the cliff!

As others have stated I am totally disappointed in Kohls for the Christmas seasons delivery. Like others I too placed an order in November and still do not have it as of 12/22/20 Covid or no Covid the delivery process is totally unacceptable. I have received all my orders from other companies in moderate time. Just placed an order with Amazon and received it in 2 days. People say Amazon is taking over and putting other businesses out. Well, good service at good prices is why. Kohls dropped the ball big time on this Christmas season and it's going to bite them in the butt. I'm sure there will be no apology compensation and if there is it won't compensate my Grandkids not having their gifts to open on Christmas eve.

Worst place purchase E-gift card they Do Not accept credit card from different billing address versus different shipping address for that matter they cannot separate the two, complete losers.

I got Covid over Thanksgiving so spent a lot of time online placing Christmas orders on Black Friday 11/27/20. I never dreamed I'd be sitting here on 12/22 with NO merchandise. Kohl's definitely did NOT do their due diligence when they decided to use Pitney & Bowes as a freight carrier. If you go online and look up P&B, it takes about two seconds to see thousands of reviews about what poor delivery service this company has. Packages bounce back and forth between states and sit there for weeks with absolutely no movement. I have wasted so much time tracking this order everyday getting more and more frustrated. One day it will say your ETA is 12/14 and then 12/18 and then nothing-the ETA date is unavailable. For a reputable company like Kohl's to get involved with this freight carrier makes me question what they were thinking. I will never shop at Koh's again unless I can be guaranteed they have cut all ties with Pitney and Bowes and until they issue an apology to all of their customers who will not get their Christmas presents in time for Christmas. Kohl's can not afford, in this day and age of Covid, to not have reputable shipping partners. People will not hesitate to take their business elsewhere including me. Update 1/5/21- As of 12/30/20, I still had not received my merchandise, so I canceled my order for a refund. Bye bye Kohl’s!

Ordered a furniture on line and was broken when received. Ordered again after a hassle of getting credit back, and was a broken piece again. After millions of calls and returning the heavy pieces to the local store twice, we still ended up losing more than $100 since we used Kohl's cash in the purchase. Will never buy from this store again.
