Worst online shopping experience EVER. I ordered 3 items in plenty of time for Christmas. Got an email saying my complete order shipped(little did i know it all shipped separate.) One item arrived correct, a blanket, the next item arrived, correct but still had security tag on. Yesterday, the 3rd item arrived, not even close to what i ordered. The online receipt is for the item i ordered, however they put a sweater not even close to the sweatshirt I ordered. Absolutely the worst experience, and I always shop online. NEVER again at Kohl's!!

If they had any customer service, I would review it. However, so far, I have found essentially none. I ordered an, admittedly, last minute gift on Dec 20 via 2 day shipping. I got a notice that the item had "shipped" or at least a "shipping label had been created" on Dec 21-22. "Great!", I thought. Now, on Dec 29 still no sign of the item. I have accepted that the item will arrive who knows when. However, I want the higher cost 2 day shipping I paid for reimbursed. Of course, there is no phone number to call to remedy. I realize this is speculative; however, I wonder if they ever had the item in stock at all. They willingly take your money--including the higher shipping cost--and then get it to you in 3 months. Terrible, cynical service. I will no longer be a customer online or in person.

Kohls online shopping is the worst I have experienced. Slow delivery and no exchanges. I wanted to exchange shoes for a different size. No direct cost exchange. Must return item and reorder @ higher price!

Ordered husband's gift on 12/01/20 received the socks but not the two coats. Received email on 12/24 stating costs were sold out. It was not sold out when I ordered and I selected store pick up. Kohls does not need to worry about me. I will be shopping at JC Pennys.

The last two times I ordered online, they double billed my card. Both times it was more than a month after I received the item. Kohl's doesn't give you the option to speak with a live person. The first time I was patient with them. This time I am treating it as fraudulent charges on my card and let them deal with the bank.

wish I can give kohl's a 0 start , worst customer service on the phone..cero help !!! Manager at clifton NJ were very rude , I used to love the store but not anymore, they lost a customer for sure ..

Went to the Kent ....store in the brinfield area...walked in the door turned the first counter.....And there was a employee not wearing a mask on his face or nose ...had it dangling around his chin.....I left ...maybe you should follow state mandatory wearing a mask while working....im sure this was just a .....he forgot ....he looked very comfortable....I will not return....

I ordered a Nike jacket on sale for my son on Nov 25. When I checked it’s said it was in transit on Dec 5. Today is Dec 28 and it still says it’s in transit. Nobody can tell me why and what’s going on with my package. I don’t simply want a refund because the package was a necessity for my child. So far no nothing of at least trying to give me another coat. THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. And the very last time I shop with Kohl’s.
