Order 16pcs of drinking glass 1 day later I received email that my order has been canceled cause they are sold out. Kohl you should update what you are selling online by remove the advertising item will not order anything from them.

I bought a pair of boots online for my daughter for Christmas. The boots and taxes were 101.00. They were too tight so we went to the store to get an exchange. They told us we would have to reorder them online since they don’t carry them in stores( how convenient) and pay taxes and shipping and handling. They only refunded my card 46.00!! I’m never shopping there again

Terrible customer service from ELLENA HAMILTON NJ store! Went to store 12/26...quick return no one in line. Perfect! Bought a few more items. Was waiting in line to check out. Last 10 times I've been in the store they had a manager directing you which line to go into. I didn't see the checkout girl turn her light on. So she rudely cleared here throat so that caught my attention. I said I'm sorry I didn't see your light. She never said hello. How are you today? Do you have Kohl's cash? Do you want to use your Kohls charge? Not one word. I put my items on the counter she rings them up. I move to the other side of the counter so that I'm prepared to give her my store credit Kohl's cash and pay for my items. She takes my stuff, rings me out, never says thank you. Complete SILENCE! So thank you to your Kohls employee ELLENA!! For your lousy customer service. You also know when I didn't turn to the right and exit the store and went back around to speak to your manager you looked right at both of us as you know your were wrong and rude. You definitely should not be working in retail!

I posted a review of my disappointment in pajamas that I purchased from Kohls. This is Kohl's response: "Unfortunately, the review didn't meet our review guidelines. Please review the posting guidelines and resubmit a new review about our product." Looks like Kohls is now censoring reviews also and will only post positive reviews of their products. I guess freedom of speech is a thing of the past. Why be able to post reviews if they are inaccurate and don't give shoppers the full info about a product? I will no longer be a Kohl's customer!

I have had 2 experiences with kohl’s customer service after purchasing an order online. The first time, I needed to change the size of one of the shirts I ordered. They only give you 30 minutes to change or cancel an order (which in my opinion is stupid in itself but that’s beside the point) so knowing I was running against the clock I called instead of dealing with online bs. So I cal, they put me on hold for nearly 10 minutes and of course by the time I was taken off hold the 30 minutes were up and they told me I could not change the order. This second time was just today, I ordered gifts for Christmas. Before ordering they said that my order would be here by Christmas Eve, well here we are and it will not be here until after Christmas. Had I known that I would have never ordered from them. Neither time did they offer to make things right. The first time they blamed me for not making the changes within the 30 minute time limit despite THEM putting me on hold for ten minutes. The second time they blamed USPS saying it left their warehouse on time and it’s out of their hands, which may be so, but you’re a billion dollar company, how much would it hurt to give a coupon or anything to keep people happy. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice go F off because I will NEVER order online from them again. This is why Amazon is taking over the world. They know it’s easier to just make things right and keep the customers happy than argue with them and pass blame over $30 earrings.

You're gambling if you order online with Kohls. On Black Friday 2020 I placed my first ever order online with Kohls. More than half of my stuff didn't arrive, I used the tracking feature. It said it was delivered. I had a hard time getting ahold of someone. However, I eventually was successful in using the chat. They helped a lot. They refunded some money as the stuff was out of stock and they other part was delivered (with the exception of 1 pair of pants).

Horrible experience purchased an item for Christmas on Nov 27, lost in the mail and the customer service will not cancel the item and give me refund on my money. The worst customer services ever and no training in making the customer feel satisfied. Kohl’s needs to hire more people from United States, so they know what they are talking about. This items was a gift for my husband and this people had no regrets and were only trained to argue and not come with a solution.

I placed an online order for a bowl that was not available in the store I shop in. The first order was placed at the store kiosk. Order arrived quickly, poorly packaged and damaged! Returned bowl to the store. Ordered the bowl a second time, online. Again order arrived quickly...again, poorly packaged and damaged! Returned second bowl. Ordered the bowl for yet the third time, again from the kiosk. Again, bowl arrived quickly, packaged poorly and this time it was the WRONG bowl! Returned the third bowl. Called customer service hoping for resolution and help to order and received the correct bowl without damaged....here’s the punch line....the bowl is now NO LONGER AVAILABLE!!!! If one person, just one person took the time to properly packaged the first or even the second bowl none of this would have happened. So very disappointed!
