I moved recently. I placed an online order to my previous address in error and within 10 mins, I could update or cancel my order. I called CS and was told there is nothing they can do. I will have to wait for the shipment to be returned to the warehouse and be refunded within 30 days later. I lived in a condo that the majority of people use for vacations. The box will be sitting outside for who knows how long. I am so disappointed not being helped with any options. I will never do business with Kohl’s again. I was a regular customer for many years. I sent an email to Kohl’s and never got a response

Was an employee for seasonal, they treat us like we were the last resort, pour management to many mangers in one shift causes problems different mangers wants u to do different things then u get in trouble bc u don’t know where to go, they don’t show u support u will get credit and they won’t congratulate u , the morale of the store is bad mangers , employees think and act like mangers and supervisors when there not, they will try to find something wrong that ur doing more then what u have done for the good,

i placed multiple orders for Christmas with Kohl's for my Grandchildren's Christmas gifts to be sent out to them in various different states. Every single order that i placed was messed up. it has been an absolute Nightmare. some received completely wrong items other than what i had clearly ordered. while one of my little Grandson's never even received his Christmas present at All. i felt so heartbroken for him! they don't have much as it is in this life and i have a limited income and live with a disability. i do not have money to be throwing out the window. Then right after these orders had been placed with Kohl's i started having suspicious problem with my debit card. i was told by the very next well known store that i delt with that i really needed to contact my bank asap. i did and they told me to cut up that debit card asap and that they would immediately issue me a brand new one. i have since been trying to get refunded by kohl's for all mistakes they had originally made with my previous orders with them. They will Not give me my refunds back. i want my money back and i will NEVER deal with this store EVER again! No matter what i do with this "customer service" i get run arounds. i am told they will "call me back" and it NEVER happens! then if you try to call the Corporate office i cannot Ever seem to get a Human voice or they are not open! they have No right to just keep our money! i am offered "Kohl's Cash" back. I DO NOT WANT KOHL'S CASH! I WANT MY REFUND BACK PERIOD!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. It is UNACCEPTABLE to immediately take consumers money for purchases & utilize sub par shipping contractors. Do better Kohl's, waiting for over 1 month for purchases after payment, is a customer service no no! Done with you guys! So done!

Lost my merchandise, 15 days later said they would credit account. Bought replacement gifts elsewhere. They never credited my account and gifts showed up after Christmas. Now stuck with these gifts. Then I got an email to write a review so I did. They didn’t like it so they said it didn’t meet criteria to publish. Their was a link for criteria but it was blank when I tried to open. So bottom line, they won’t post a negative review on their site.. that’s so wrong.

Ordered online not knowing if you don't use a Kohl's card you get charged TWICE until your order ships. When your order ships they release the hold on the second charge. People should be aware of this but they don't bother to make it known. Customer service is a joke. Will NEVER order online again! Would give no stars but it's not an option.

terrible will not order on line

Ordering from Kohl’s on line USED to be easy and one of my favorite things to do. But no more. I ordered several items way ahead of Christmas. The items never came and I received an email saying the order was filled. So 12/24/20 I called 886-887-8884 which I was on the phone for 50 minutes trying to find out where was the missing order. Yes, my phone logs how long my calls are and I have a photo of it with the date. The phone number is some type of call center over seas. It was horrible. A man in the back ground said something in a different language. And the lady said my item is at the warehouse it was never shipped out. Now mind you I had ordered other items but received those. But 11 items were still missing in clothing. The lady made me pull up my account and go over every single SKC number and item one by one reading each description over the phone. They inconvenienced me twice by not delivering my items for Christmas. And again by holding my time up on the phone for almost an hour to verify items I was charged for that they failed to deliver. Tonight 1/1/2021 I called asking when was my over one hundred dollar refund going back on my card? The lady at the call center tonight at 884-695-6457 said the time frame for my refund is 14-21 days. One thing I know is no more Kohl’s for me not worth the hassles.
