Their customer service is an absolute joke. Clothing is overpriced for what it is, shipping has been completely unreasonable. After 5 years of being a cardholder, they've lost my business. I will happily take my money elsewhere as I get the runaround whenever I call, constantly being transfered because no one knows their job. I can't even understand customer service when I do call, causing myself even more frustration. Poor quality clothing, very poor customer service. I can easily shop elsewhere and have a better experience. It's like something has changed with their internal service and I am no longer happy with how it's going.

I purchased 2 orders of 2 Google Hub Max speakers on Cyber week. One order with 2 came in the middle of December. The other order got lost. It showed it was shipped to Rogers FedEx and it never moved from there. Kohl's made me wait 14 days before we could do a search. No package was found, so I called Kohl's and they gave me the option of reordering the Hubs at the sale price, (although they had no idea when they would be back in and these were Christmas presents.) or a refund. My problem with that is I got Kohl's cash for these purchases and I had already used it to purchase other Christmas presents. (before it expired) Kohl's told me I could keep the Kohl's cash since I was losing the sale price on my items, so I agreed to that. I found the Hubs at Best Buy for full price. (even Google was out of their hubs!) They still were late for Christmas. When I got my statement from Kohl's, I had only been refunded $116.23. (I was owed $380.33.) I made another call, another wait on hold for over 30 min.Kohl's said they would take care of it. With my statement, I see I got 132.33 more back. I'm still short $131.77. I call again, another 30 min wait and they say they took the Kohl's cash back. I explained that was part of the deal Kohl's made with me. That person gave me to her manager. (20 min. later) Her manager wouldn't budge either. I am out $131.77 + the extra $100 for no sale price, about 3 hours of my time on phone calls, and late Christmas presents to my kids that were ordered Nov. 26th!! I was an avid Kohl's shopper. Not any more!! :(

Online order not shipped in reasonable time. Impossible to get through on phone. Won't allow me to cancel order online. Very poor customer service. I will be disputing the credit card charge.

Ya...offered a credit card. Waited 2 weeks for the card. Called and was told wait 4 weeks. Lol....in the drawer it will go...if it ever arrives. Poor service.

This business blows up your email daily. I have gone through the unsubscribe links on the emails multiple times and still receive emails daily. Shameless. I will never buy from Kohl’s online or in store again. I don’t appreciate being harassed by such aggressive marketing.

I went to Newark, Oh kohls before Christmas. I couldn't believe the mess it was clothing on the floor racks with no organization. It's just 😢 Need to have more respect for ur store.

This is coming from a long-time, avid Kohl's shopper, at 10+ years and thousands upon thousands in purchases. I'M DONE! Customer Service is awful, and when I contacted them, I got a generic response. I have a slew of bad experiences I could share here, but in the essence of time, I'll just warn you that they are NOT as they advertise and my sentiment is obviously felt all over, since I've not seen any review site that has anything positive to say. Kohl's would do themselves a world of good if they'd pay attention to these review sites because what's being said is really bad, and it mimics my own experience.

Be carful of reoccurring charges!!! I made a purchase on 12/29/20 for $6.49 using my personal credit card. Since then, I received an additional 5 charges of the same amount on my credit card from Kohl’s. I tried contacting their customer service department numerous times but unsuccessful each time because of the timeframe they put me on hold them hang up on me. Not sure what’s going on with Kohl’s and their online department. Please check you credit card transactions for reoccurring charges on your account.
