Kohls online ordering is very hit or miss. I have had some good experiences with them but most recently it has been mostly bad. The clothes I order from them all have this damp smell to them until I wash them. One down jacket never got the smell out so I returned it. Also, I ordered a bath rug but got the wrong size even though the order said it was another size. When you try to leave reviews on their site they take it down if you criticize their customer service.

Ordering online from Kohls is a nightmare. I ordered a dish that goes with my dinner set. They packaged it in a bag that you would package clothes in. Needless to say, it arrived in pieces. Fast forward about a month, I ordered my daughter a pair of sandals. They arrived yesterday and are not even close to what I ordered. The only thing that was right was the brand name. Kohl's distribution department needs work. I am getting to the point of canceling my card. I shouldn't have to call customer service every time I place an order online, so they can fix their mistakes.

I returned 2 comforters... on the packing slip is stated that shipping would be paid for with the return of the comforters. I heard nothing from Kohl’s a month after the comforters were returned. I called numerous times trying to get a refund for the comforters and the shipping..... I always had to explain what happened numerous times....I received approximately 1/3 of my refund....It is the worst customer service I have ever received. Needless to say, they have lost me as a customer. I will do all my shopping with Amazon from now on...

There always seems to be a problem with my online orders. The last package I got was tapped up, and one of the socks was dirty. They refused to do an instore return. They said they would credit my card, but it will take 30 days. Previously I was sent the wrong jeans, and ended up with in store credit. I am waiting to get all my ordered merchandise so I can cancel this card.

I'm trying to buy a lousy $20 dress shirt. It's a certain shirt that fits me perfect and this place has it. My first time shopping at Kohls. I get the immediate popup about saving 15% by signing up for alerts, which I did. My chromebook auto put in my email so it's definitely correct. It's been 45 minutes. Is someone manually emailing me? I'm sitting here in my cart like a dope checking my email every 30 seconds. The only reason I want the 15% off is because I'm going to pay $8 for shipping, which is fine, because I don't want to spend $75.

All the cashiers are very friendly and the mangers are super attentive! They answered all of my questions and were super speedy. Customer service was excellent! Definitely coming back :)

I have been a Kohls customer for many years and lately every order I place on kohls website gets cancelled by the system and i have to call their customer service the verify that it is me who placed the order and after 20 to 30 minutes of hassling and being put on hold they ask me to go to the store to show them 2 forms of ID to prove my identity. Incompetent, unsupportive and unprofessional customer service. will never place another order with kohls.
