Ugh. Where do I start... No kids shoes, barely adult shoes. The clothes were sad and drab. The clothes at the front were colorful and cute, but the rest sucked. The Plus Sized Women's section was plain depressing. The rest were a lot like saddest working-woman or SAHM ever. It was just depressing!! I like a store that likes color. Not just a choice between Pride, Tye-Dye or Blah. I'm gonna go to Target from now on. I went to the one by Menards in Blaine, MN off hwy 65. The bras were just as sad. No double letters. I needed a 36DD with a low gore and high sides. Again: better luck at Target. Not everyone can do a t-shirt bra, but that was 90% of their choices and no fun colors in my size. Even a 42B had more fun colors. I honestly left feeling depressed. No wonder the store was empty af. I could've been maskless and been safe. Get some damn colors that feel fun, like when you did the whole "Avril Lavigne" thing. It wasn't my style, but it said fun!

I went on line to purchase a pair of shoes. The item was not available to be delivered to the store if I ordered it from my computer. They would deliver it to my door for 9 dollars but if I went 2 miles from my house to the store and ordered it from their kiosk in the store, they would deliver it to my house for FREE. I argued with the representative on the phone that I just wanted to order it for my home. Would they please waive the shipping charge. The representative said absolutely not. After 45 minutes of being on the phone with the supervisor, I hung up. He refused to work with me. He would rather see me drive 2 miles from my home to go to the kiaosk at the store 2 minutes from my home to inconvenience me from my life rather than waive the shipping charges. It makes NO SENSE TO ME WHAT SO EVERY

If Kohl's is going to advertise human behavior choices to sleep with whoever you want, instead of clothing for all humans than I will no longer purchase from them. I still have many items with tags on them that I will be returning. They're a clothing store not a socialist advocate that thinks they need to tell people how to live. Stop buying from Kohls!! There shipping has been slow and I get too many returns.

Totally the worst shopping experience ever! Sent me Nike sandals in wrong size told me that was my fault also the sandals were used dirt on the soles. Looked to have burn marks on the top. Sent men's slippers in the wrong size. I attempted to exchange at the local store! They don't have men's slippers available until fall. So ok fine! So I ask for a refund. They give me only a portion of my money back due to some kohls cash policy. Even another issue is I ordered my wife a weighted blanket. Still haven't received it. Going on a month now. Every time I call and ask I get a different date and some other type of excuse. Couldn't be more disappointed with a customer experience

The customer service is awful. I came saying HI, no answer. The associate was on the phone chatting with her friend and I was waiting for 20 mins . When I asked for my online order, all she said I will check it for you and never came back.

You slipped a slimy deceiving interest rate during the Pandemic and I wonder how many people are unaware of this? As I caught up, and then realized the one Credit Company I TRUSTED and Enjoyed having truly was the most dangerous. I didn't pay any attention to my Kohls because I trusted. I buy clothes for my family in August and maybe once in the late Summer. And for Christmas at times too. You guys PUT my credit up without my permission, then Charged me another 24.99% on top of your other interest rate of 21.99% Bringing your rate to over 45% and I thought someone stooled my card.. Calling it a Protected Interest????? Ohh you only charge interest on what you desire as protected?? Wow? I paid 82.00 to 77.00 a month. My balance went up $700.00 without using it in 9 months and paying. Again thought someone stooled my card. You had me for years- I mean YEARS and my Family-- I make my payments and come back again at the end of the Summer and max it out for my family without Thought. Kids got older we needed more like bras and stuff and an increase seemed logical. After the phone conversation to the very dull, uninterested gentleman, who had no interest in you or me. He did his job. I cancelled .. You Robbed me and my family. I really thought someone stooled my card. But- It was you. Yes you sent a NOtice.. Wow!! You feel good about that money you made? Well, You should of been in it for the LONG game, ,but you wanted FAST - Quick money- You got it.. Now- I am paying off my balance.. and I am done. That was SHADY-- Ohh they told me ONce I cancelled, I could never come back.. WOW .. Good. I can't believe the balanced increased as I paid.. I paid above my minimum payment... And it still raised.. Wow.. Never again. How are you getting away with this?

I tore up my Kohls charge months ago when they decided to get into politics. Got a $10 gift card today, May 27th from Kohls for my birthday, which was on the first week of April. Expired at the end of April. Thanks for nothing Kohls. I wouldn't have used it anyway, I only support companies that support American businesses.
