It seems every type of jewelry i have purchased from kohls either breaks or is very poor quality. Last Diamond Bracelet had to be returned and the one i am wearing now keeps falling off the clasp does not support very well and it cost over 600.00. Not happy at all

I did not know that Kohls was a political store. While most of the clothes they sell are from China therefor cheap and over priced they decided that Mike Lindell who is a proud to be an American is unworthy of their stores because he voted for a proud to be an American President. Nice. I’m done with Kohls if they want to play that sad game.

Horrible customer service You make your payment on time every month and everytime you turn around you incorrectly put a late fee on the same dang day the payment is due. Why???? I'm a user on my husbands account but you can't talk to me about reversing a WRONG PAYMENT but you can give me a card to run up the bill. HOW STUPID!

I needed to quickly purchase a personal air cleaner for a trip and after reading reviews decided on the Pure Enrichment Purezone Mini Portable Air Purifier. I was able to pick it up through curbside service that same day. It is a lifesaver when visiting friends with cats and so many other applications - I highly recommend it. Pure Enrichment's customer service is the best I've seen.

i order a necklace online misplace it at the house founded months later gave it to my wife she open box and chain was broken took it to near store out of warranty i did not know about warranty details they do not explain them online call the company they gave me the same bs so NOT ORDER NOTHING FROM KOHL ONLINE all i wanted the chain replace they wanted me to purchase a new one which i will but not from them

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I spent $300 on a new iRobot 5 series roomba and the thing came in an opened, damaged package and when I opened it, there was debris all over it and HAIR still in the attachment. This was direct from Kohl's, not UPS. It came in 3 days--I doubt some UPS driver had time to break my package and vacuum their house with it. So--Kohls' sent me a USED vacuum with someone else's dirt and hair. GROSS and NEVER BUYING FROM YOU AGAIn.

In Kohl’s Edwardsville there is a racist and rude lady named Estephanie . She said is the manager and obviously she will get away with this. It’s a pity that this company keep working for them this kind of person who does not feel blessed with that job .my daughter was witness how cruel and vile people could be against Hispanics just because my wife does not speak English. Could be great is kohl’s gives them classes about rights in the USA constitution. Ignorant employees destroy companies and racism poisoned teams.
