I cancelled my Kohl’s card, in fact I sent it to the CEO in little pieces. I won’t shop there any longer because they have stopped selling MY PILLOW due to Mike Lindell’s activities. I refuse to spend my money where some CEO will dictate what I can and cannot buy. Besides, most of their items are sub-standard and made outside the USA.

Would give them a zero- I’ve been a card holder since 2012. Always paid on time-I do get my statements via email. We’ll- back in April I got a call from Kohl’s said I’d missed a payment. (Only balance on my card was $12.07) I advised I hadn’t recalled seeing a statement and asked if late fee- she advised no late fee. I paid it went on about my business. Well I went to check my credit score, and it had went down because Kolhs reported late payment. My complaint is, Kolhs asks for every piece of information about me, dob, ss#, phone, address, they want to make sure they can contact me. However, when I try to contact them I get sent to Philippines, Dominican republic, & Mexico. They’re not about to provide help or assist me. They sure didn’t pick up the phone prior to reporting my non-payment to the credit agency. They don’t want to give me a courtesy call they sure didn’t mind calling me in April letting me know I had a $12 charge. FYI just to let you know doesn’t matter if you have $1 million charge or a $10 charge your credit report shows a late payment. Lesson learned, again another company not caring about relationships all they care about is getting their money. Kinda ironic seeing all the trouble Kohl’s has been in lately.

If I could give zero I would. Ordered items on May 26th. Received one of the 3 in a few days. Still waiting for the remaining 2 items. It is now JUNE 9th. Called "Customer Service" was (OF COURSE) connected to the Philippines where it was explained to me to "Wait another day".....REALLY??? How bout I tell you to wait for your Kohls PAYMENT???? Your store has gone down the tubes. No wonder you are going bankrupt. Try a little customer service, if someone buys and PAYS for something, try giving them what they paid for!!!!

There always seems to be a problem with my online orders. The last package I got was tapped up, and one of the socks was dirty. They refused to do an instore return. They said they would credit my card, but it will take 30 days. Previously I was sent the wrong jeans, and ended up with in store credit. I am waiting to get all my ordered merchandise so I can cancel this card.

I purchased a boy's swim suit online for my son but the product I received was an xx-large dress of some sort. How did that happen? I contacted customer service and they said the boy's swim suit is now out of stock so they will refund the payment. I called them twice already in the last month as the charge is yet to be refunded. Let's see how long I need to hound them to get my money back. I will NEVER shop here again.

I bought two pairs of sandals from Kohl's and mentioned that they were very comfortable, however, I wasn't sure how long they would last compared to my previous (same brand) sandals. They rejected both my reviews. They suggested I leave another review. When I tried, it said Thank you and that I had already left a review. There was no review for me to edit so I can't even go back and write another one.

Terrible customer service experience. Due to the pandemic, as a Canadian customer, I have not been able to send payments to Kohl’s in a way that it arrives on time- by the time the bill arrives in the mail, I send the payment via mail right away but it doesn’t arrive on time due to covid, and they do not have any Canadian bank affiliated with them. Every month, they charge me a penalty because my payments consistently arrive 2 days late. Every month I call, and every month the customer service rep argues with me. Kohl’s has done nothing to accommodate its Canadian customers through this global pandemic when they cannot cross the border. A terrible company! Once I finish making payments I will be shopping elsewhere!!!

This is my 2nd problem with Kohl's shipping in 2 months. Unfortunately, I had gift cards to use and I wish I had just tossed them. I've been waiting 15 days for a pair of sneakers. I will never shop there ever again. How much longer can they stay in business?
