I've had a Kohls credit card for 7 years. I haven't used the card for a period of time as I was paying off funeral expenses of my Mom's which totaled just under $17 000.00 and needed to keep my finances in check. Kohls decided that due to my not running my balance through the roof that they should close my account. What a bunch of morons. Its not as if I had a balance that I wasn't paying. I just hadn't used the card. No worries Kohls.....I'll gladly shop elsewhere.....Morons.

I ordered online today and found some clothes that were in stock at the local Kohl's store. I ordered them and I was confirmed by my email that it was ready today for pick up at the store. To my surprise this store did not have the clothes in stock and I made the long trip for nothing and was told by the manager that it was cancelled without notifying me. What a waste of time and gas! Not my store for online shopping any longer!

I am appauled by the treatment received in the Arlington store by an employee working there from India. Returned an Amazon purchase. While standing in line observed how nice and courteous her treatment was to the whites standing in line before me. When I approached she reached to get a plastic bag to handle my return being extra careful not to touch my package (as if my brown skin made the package unclean to touch!) After I moved a little distance away pretending to be shopping to observe her interaction with the white customer behind me. NO PLASTIC BAG! she actually rested her hand on top of the package went back to happily and attentively chatting away with this customer as she had with the ones before me. I confronted her afterwards and then confronted the store manager who after speaking with her claims that she confessed to doing nothing different or wrong and of course that store cameras was pointed away from her during our interaction. This store in Arlington Texas is RACIST!!!! I also plan to call there corporate office and also report this to Amazon!

I have had a kohls charge for over a decade. I ALWAYS Pay my bills on time. I called Customer Service to LOWER the High 24.99%, and was told NO. Not an option! I told Rose, from C.S. I would be turning the card off and Rose asked if she could do it right away. WOW!! It's nice to have a charge card for when merchandise is on sale but, what makes a sale when everything is marked up in the 1st place. Then throw 24.99% on top of the purchase. Not getting a benefit of having the charge card. DON'T EVER GET THE CHARGE CARD! Thanks for many years KOHLS... Kohl's in Valle Verde, Henderson, NV are hiring unprofessional staff, they have associates working in goth clothing and poor hygiene, this kid at the register (His name was Grayson) was dressed in goth clothes, long boots with 4 inch platforms and silver spikes, long black nails and they seemed very dirty and he had dandruff all over his black shirt, since when this company is hiring unprofessional staff like that? Associates at stores like Kohl's needs to dress accordingly, there's a time and a place for that! And not to mention the fact that the people they've been hiring are very rude or they don't even know what they're doing, i asked for help to one of their employees and the girl was walking in circles not even knowing where she was going, i end up finding the item by myself because no one could assist me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT STORE! I asked for the manager and someone told me that he couldn't come to talk to me because he was busy 😡 they just lost a loyal long time customer, I'll be doing my shopping at Macy's from now on.

Horrible, horrible customer service. Never received items, got emails assured of refund, told it would take 30 days to process and to ignore further statements --- 30 days passed, still got bills, called, assured it was fine --- then got more bills, called again --- people claimed I needed to pay --- took over an hour being thrown around in different departments, told it was fine ---- it wasn't, my credit got dinged, called again --- and AGAIN and AGAIN each time a big long mess and hassle but ended with being told it was fine --- currently on the phone AGAIN with MULTIPLE REFERENCE NUMBERS THIS TIME --- never shopping here again!! What an incompetent hassle!! Got a letter saying they suspended my account and I couldn't shop here... LOL, I would never anyway. This is hands down the worst customer service place I've ever encountered. STICK WITH AMAZON AND TARGET ETC.

Overall, I've had good previous experience with Kohl's. However, their online store doesn't allow for more than one payment method -- which has caused me to not be able to purchase items easily if I need to pay add payment for a purchase that is above my Kohl's card limit. This has cost me the loss of discounts more than once which prevented me from making the planned purchase.

One of the worst websites I have ever used. My account is continuously locked even when I change passwords. This will kill this business in due time. I’m sure of it.
