I returned my 2 items merchandise by U S mail day after I received I’d two months pass still I have balance I called few times to customer service I spooked with them finally I asked to speak with supervisor after they put me on hold for almost half hour they hang up on me 😡

Getting BLM, Attorney General, better business bureau and other relevant organizations involved along with a good law firm! This company is RACIST, DISGUSTING, discriminating, incompetent and should be ready for it's worst PUBLIC relations nightmare!!! Anyone can have a bad day BUT I am saying this after speaking with 5 of their employees which INCLUDED two SUPERVISORS! I have never dealt with such horrible people and it is time to BOYCOTT Kohl's as a company and file lawsuits against them. It's sometimes hard for people of color to get credit... they took RACIAL ABUSE to a whole NEW level by reporting THEIR mistake as an error on my part and causing my CREDIT score to drop 57 points while I am looking at buying a home for me and my family! I have been trying to straighten it out for over 2 weeks and have had no success. My spotless credit is now in the tank due to their actions and anyone with a working brain cell in their head knows what an effect a drop of 58 points on a credit report does to a mortgage!

Sad company I work for them 2 weeks and couldn’t take it the job is soooooo boring then this man kept pressing me to sale the Customers kohl’s credit card no one wanted one at my booth and way I end up quitting and they lie and said I was fired and I wasn’t I know it’s a embarrassment to the company I. Quit so they lie & and said they fried me and they don’t give you enough hours sad company but I’m going to the highest over there head to have that LIE REMOVED

Every time I go I find what want or need and the cashiers are very nice.

To be clear I enjoy kohls stores and their merchandise.This was my first online experience to see other items.However you can not expect to make it far in todays market with such terrible website experience.There are so many pop ups every page to tell you about deals I cant fully load a page for three minutes.Numerous pages including the checkout i had to refresh before it even loaded.Then I try to check my kohls charge balance which was a series of it telling me to use certain passcodes that it didnt even think were correct.The site looks like its designed by a third grader who codes as a side hustle.Id be suprised if they last another 10 years with this inability to adapt to a modern market. Fix your sites!!!!!!!

I have been shopping with Kohls since about '06. I'm a picky shopper but far from being a "Ka__n"... Say what you want about Kohl's stores, they're a bit overstocked for me, so I shop online! I have never, NOT received exactly what I've ordered when I shop online. The quality is pretty much what is eluded to, or described on the website. If I am unhappy with something it is most certainly my fault due to me not doing my homework on an item. I've never had any problems returning an item and have been treated with the utmost courtesy when doing so. Kohl's is great! Love 'em!

I received my order yesterday, first of all only part of it came. The box had 3 items in it but 1 of the items was wrong. I ordered a toy for my grandson and I got a Minnie Mouse hairstylin set. I called customer service and the man who could barely speak english said he would send my sneakers out in the mail today. I already had my sneakers. I wanted to exchange the toy but i didn't receive a receipt or packing slip. So i am going to keep the Minnie mouse set and go somewhere else to get the toy i originally ordered. I am done with kolhs online ordering.
