I know that making your payments on time is your responsibility. But how do you pay a bill you don't know you have. I had 113 on time payments. That almost ten years. And then comes Kohls. Apparently something I thought I paid for with my personal card was actually put on this crappy little card. I had paid the balance off. I never received a bill. Until it was 30 days past due. It dropped my Credit score down by 92 points. I called and tried to explain to them what happened. The lady put in a dispute. I didn't met the criteria for a late payment forgiveness. 10 years a making sure my payments were on time. Just to have it ruined by a 800 credit limit junk card.

The customer service rep had her mask pulled down below her mouth even though she saw I had one on. I have an immunosuppressed daughter and husband and cannot rake chances carrying COVID to them. She handled my return and was very curt. Will not shop Palm Coast Kohl’s again

Absolutely awful customer service. They told me I'd get a refund for my order 7 days ago and I didn't so when I called them again they said the previous person never processed the refund and now I have to wait another 7 days. I bet you 7 days from now I'm going to have to call again. On top of this, the 2 people I spoke with barely spoke any English and couldn't understand me well. I also had a very hard time understanding them. I love the stores but they have horrible customer service.

This review is on the Spartanburg, SC store located on Wade Hampton Blvd. I apparently dropped my debit card while searching for my Kohl's credit card. Paid for my merchandise and left. The next morning I realized I did not have my debit. I phoned the Kohl's customer service and a very kind person named Sandy confirmed someone--bless them--found my card and turned it in. However, this is not just about how kind Sandy was, I have been shopping at this store since 2007, never have I had a representative that was in a bad mood, or unkind in any way. I cannot remember all their names, but I the past 2 times shopping I had the same rep, Anthony. I have been very impressed with all the representatives working at Kohl's, which makes my shopping experience a joy. Kohl's is my first 'go to store' for everything. Thank you!

I want to say that I had an excellent experience at Kohl’s in Royersford PA. Manager Matt went above and beyond to help me make my shopping experience great today! I was shopping a big mirror and he helped me on everything he could. I want to say thank you very much to him for all his help.

Khol's is overpriced and lie about their Khol's cash.

I generally like shopping there, i go to the jericho location, but lately havent been able to find anything i like. Theyre very good about returns though and always have some kind of deal going. Hopefully the holiday season has better outfits.
