Was online at Kohl’s today, purchasing another Croft & Barrow pants. Full price $36.00, using their 20% off coupon for $7.20 off = $28.80. Then using my $5 Kohl’s Cash = $23.80 TOTAL. I kept on getting a price of $1 more, at $24.80. Website kept on reducing the 20% off from $7.20 to $6.20 when I would add my $5 Kohl’s Cash. Looked for any explanation to no avail. Instead I saved myself money and did not purchase anything. I even drove past the store this afternoon, yet didn’t. They don’t get rewarded with my purchase today due to $1 tricky online totaling. Gee, I wonder how many other shoppers get charged a dollar more for their purchases?

This franchise has gone downhill on a bobsled. Shopping here used to be easy, now its a royal pain. I ordered 2 necklaces online, both in stocks. I paid for them and had to be within a few hours one was canceled. I got the other necklace and it was very nice, but the 2nd one that was canceled floored me on why it was canceled, then when I tried to ask about my refund there is nowhere to call, you just get an ask us button to find out whats going on and you're automatically hit with a standard reply that says up to 30 days for your refund!! 30 days?? You took it out of my account in 30 seconds. It appears they intend on waiting the full 30 days to give it back too. It sounds to me like they're doing this to God only knows how many people, to keep OUR money in THEIR account to earn them interest or something like that. Its ridiculous. They know when you order something if the funds are in your account to pay for what you order. So why do we have to wait so long to get it back??

On September 13 at 4:10 PM just before our 31year anniversary dinner I stopped at the Kohl's in Plymouth MN to buy sun glasses as a gift for my husband. Soon I walked in I was greeted by lady who was sitting behind jewelry desk with I question "Do you need help today"?Because I was on the rush I asked her if she can help me to located men's sunglasses.She said" you can walk around the store and you will find them somewhere over there on the floor"she was pointing with her hand to walk around the store which I did. Because I was on my way from work and closest Kohl's store was this one then I was not familiar with the layout of the store like I am at the one in my neighborhood then it took me longer time to located sunglusses that she was referring to.But after a while of searching I saw sunglasses that I was looking for in the display just next to this lady who told me to walk around and search.Then I walked back to ask her why she didn't tell me about these glasses.This was her assumption of me or that is how Kohl's as a company value their customers? This comment was very embarrassing and very rude.

I really rarely write any reviews for anyone but one employee in Kohl’s Arnold store was amazed me with her being pleasant, nice , friendly, professional and helpful something I haven’t see for long time. Her name is Andrea. I arrived to the store very upset because my other was all screwed up and I needed my stuff ASAP because i was ready to go to my vacation in 3 days and i was worried if my stuff would arrive on time and she told me i will take care if you. She was on the phone for 45 min dealing with another of their customer service employee who was so hard to understand (English) but she got all my stuff done. I left the store with all my problems solved. She is such a nice lady. She deserves all the best. If I could I would give her 10 stars!!! Kind doesn’t cost dime!!!!

So pissed placed and order for pick up but didn't know they will charge u a holding fee which seems to be whatever you paid for the item this put my account negative if I paid for product shouldn't be charged extra they finally put it back on my account but won't be doing that again

Well this is an experience My first time ever shopping at Kohl's.com and first off they sent me the wrong pair of shoes a cheaper ones also plus used They had sides black scrapes and the bottom soles for completely dirty these shoes have been used this is ridiculous!!!!! I would not recommend anyone to shop here

Loved kohl’s for years but they have fallen into the coupon nonsense. We went twice in the past month…once with 3 coupons, one for a $10 Kohl’s club credit…and one visit with another discount only have the young woman tell me that none were useable . Happening all the time, doesn’t inlcude shoes, or certain clothes, or jewelry, of children’s clothes, or slippers, or coffee, etc., etc

I have been shopping here for years and I just can't be bothered with this crap store anymore. The app never works properly. My rewards disappeared last time had to pull it up from my email. The constant hustle of having to only use Kohl's cash on certain items, the merchandise is marked upped sky high, the quality of items is garbage for the price, no longer have perfume testers out at my store due to ongoing shop lifting, the website never works. And thank god I have good credit because if you do accidently miss a payment your credit is screwed. I can go to any store in the area and get better merchandise without all the BS games !! Must be why the store looks like a ghost town when I walk in. Bye Kohl's forever.
