I purchased a pair of Sonoma Curvy Fit Jeans at Kohl’s because they had a great sale. The next day, I opened the bag the jeans were in and the jeans smelled terrible, I have never smelled anything like it, it was a strong chemical odor. I’d planned on returning them but I don’t believe the gentleman gave me my receipt because I can’t find it, and I keep all of my receipts together. Anyway, I kept the jeans and washed them to see if the odor would come out and the waistband is the only part of the jeans that I can lightly smell the odor. A second wash should do the trick. I have been buying jeans for years and this is the first time I’ve ever had this issue. The crazy part is, they are the best fitting jeans I’ve ever purchased. I want more, but WITHOUT THE CHEMICAL SMELL!!!

I hardly ever write a review but my experience with Kohls was so unpleasant and unprofessional I felt the need to say something. From the 1st back to school shopping about a month ago to my yesterday my LAST visit to any of there locations and possibly sister Company. The customer service , prices, Kohl's cash

I was shopping with my cognitively impaired 85 year old mother last year. She was obviously impaired. Before I could stop her the cashier offered her 35% off her purchase to open a credit card…..at 85! She couldn’t even answer the questions to open the account. But she got agitated and insisted on getting the discount so we had to proceed. I found this extremely inappropriate business practice. We had to wait for the first statement to cancel the card. A year later, I got a notice in August 2021 about the interest rates going to 25% on Knols cards. I called to tell them we had cancelled her card last year. I called and the man I spoke with got permission from my mother to speak to me about cancelling the card (again). I told him of the inappropriate practices above to sell her the card the first time. He then said he needed to speak to my mother again…..he proceeded to inform her that if she changed her mind she could reopen an account at any time and SAVE 35%!!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!! I will never shop there again, I will never take my mother there again, and I will tell everyone who will listen of my experience with Khols.

I ordered 14 bath towels and 14 hand towels online. The box was coming apart at all sides, and looked like it had been thrown out of an airplane 3 times. When I fully opened it, some towels were in plastic and others just thrown about. I've never had anything like this happen before, and will not accept any excuse!! I have pictures that I took as well. I'm telling everyone I know about this. Also, the package smelled like dog doodoo inside. What a disappointment. I would love to hear from Kohls.

They sent us a notice about how they are raising the rates and fees on their credit card right before I was going to buy the grandkids school clothes. Glad you told me because I will be paying off the little I owe you and I’m never going to store again. Everyone hates greed and that’s what you are greedy.

they stole my money didnt even have item at all they were selling they have had my money for a month now telling me it will be another 7 days thieves all of them and they are only providing clothes for our kids to look like adult women for all the pedophiles out there i will never shop at kohls again never never never

When you maintain a credit score above 800 you expect better rates, isnt that why we strive to pay bills on time. EXCEPT AT KOHLS! I recently went to Kohls for outside summertime clothing. When I tried to use my card (Auth user on wifes account) they said it wouldnt go thru because the card was too old. The sales clerk said I can open a new account for you quickly, and asked for my Drivers License. After a few more questions I was approved and out the door. When my bill arrived it had a 25.99% interest rate. I SNAPPED. CALLED KOHLS and then the games begin. They had no answer for why they only offered me 25.99% after seeing my score. No answer quickly escalated into a shouting match. This CSR had the audacity to scream back at me because I was pissed off at their 25.99% rate. Then at the end of the call they wanted automated feedback. After the first question was answered with the 1 (NOT AT ALL SATISFIED) the call quickly dropped. Feels very coordinated. Like they're not accepting bad feedback. Now Im seething in anger. Time to enter the CANCEL KOHLS ERA. LETS TEACH KOHLS A LESSON. If you maintain above avg credit scores - teach them a lesson about TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. IF YOU THINK THIS IS FAIR - you must be credit challenged. If you think this is unfair - quickly jump on this bandwagon, and lets pile on quickly. This policy make ZERO sense and until someone stands up against these greedy MFer's. - it will only get worse. Its like we are empowering their asinine decisions. Dont the EXEC OFFICE have a say in these poilicies? They should. HEY GENIUSES, isn't the 25.99% offered rate for the credit challenged! And if this isnt bad enough, they want to charge $40 for late fees. Kohls, YOU ARE FIRED! THIS WAS A JOKE. LOSE ALL MY INFO BECAUSE THIS RIPOFF YOU TRIED TO PULL ON ME IS THE LAST TIME I ACKNOWLEDGE YOU AS A BUSINESS. NOW YOU ARE ONLY RECOGNIZED AS A PREDATORY LENDER. A scam company with zero values. BEWARE OF THE BANK THEY ARE DOING BUSINESS WITH. THINGS NEED TO CHANGE QUICKLY OR KOHLS MAY DISSAPEAR JUST LIKE JCP, SEARS, MONTGOMERY WARDS ETC... Kohls time is now limited with such horrible policies in place. I expect a quick demise with these policies in place. Mainly because they just arent fair! 🖕🖕🖕 Ill bet the execs are already looking for their next gigs. They have to see whats happening from the inside. Expect better from companies that PRETEND to be there for you.

I have been a Kohl's customer for many years and have never missed a payment on my Kohl's charge card. Lat month I tried to pay on line as I always do but I kept getting a notice that the web site was experiencing problems, please try again later. I gave up and totally forgot to try again. This month when I went to check my balance the was a big red notice I was over due and was charged a $45 late fee. I payed the $72 payment they requested but it still hasn't shown up. Today I got a letter from Kohl's suing me for the entire balance of my account. This was because I missed one payment.
