I went in looking for a dress to attend a wedding and could not find a single rack with fall dresses anywhere. I asked an associate where the dresses were now located and she stated that they only have a clearance rack as "No one really wears them now." Then she looked me up and down (I'm 50-ish and average build) and said "There are a few in Juniors but they are too short for you." Guaranteed they'd look better on me than her 20 year old self but, whatever. I guess I have to head to a more up-to-date city to shop as the Younstown population apparently attends weddings in sweatpants.

Since the Sephora moved in the kohls on Charlestown road In Indiana. It seems to me that all of the other departments have gotten smaller. I’m a plus size and I have not been able to find anything there because there is not enough merchandise. My last three trips were unsuccessful and I’m not sure that if I will back to that store again

Wouldn’t do a price adjustment on an item that dropped $20 and said it was an exclusion. Well I’ll just return and buy from Amazon like every other item I buy. They had a chance to earn business from a first time customer and failed.

I wouldn’t suggest purchasing from Kohl’s online. My first shipment was never sent. Instead I got someone’s order. The second was shipped but is now lostfo over a month. Customer service is in the Philippines. When you look for the number to call it’s not listen on Kohl’s site. Additionally I tried DM to Kohl’s Twitter. No one helped. The basically stole money from me.

I have been repeatedly miss charged. The NW Expressway store overcharged me by $98 plus tax. When I said my bill looked higher then it should have been she said you saved enough $ to stop complaining. Got the receipt and saw the overcharge then had to go to customer service. She looked at me and said that they don’t sell $99 lipstick. She scanned the tube and the scanned the receipt and said wow. Then I placed an order on line to pick up and it charged me but told the store to cancel order. Put in another order, ship to home. It showed my total to be $97 when it got to final place order I looked at it closely and it show my total to be $150. Everything was way more then what the price showed on there site. They are dishonest in every aspect. In the store and on line.

I am SO upset. I purchased $80 worth of gifts online from Kohls. I received an email that the package was delivered to a person at my address today at 1125am. I live alone and work until 3pm. Needless to say the package was not at my house. Upon speaking with ups I found out that kohls is having the last leg of the delivery done by the good old post office. Had I known that I would not have bought these gifts online because I have had nothing but trouble with my post office deliveries. To add insult to injury kohls representatives hung up on me twice!!.shame on u kohls, you just lost a very faithful long time customer!

I was racially profiled and tracked by a manager around the store like I stole something at the Kohls, East Lexington, KY. I won't be back.

Customer service was absolutely horrible starting with Bruce from San Antonio tx, then he was supposed to transfer to supervisor but instead sent me to Sunil kumel number 6608 who then finally sent me to supervisor Sophie number 34305 after 30 minutes of speaking very rude and disrespectful and refused to assist me. Totally dissatisfied with unprofessionalism disrespect and rudeness it is no wonder no one shops there! I've spent thousands there but they will never get my business again that's for sure! I'd give negative stars if possible.
