My Fiance has had multiple issue with the Kohls card and this was the last straw. Twice her account info was leaked and once there was even people calling in to see her credit limit. Now we make an online purchase and they double charge us saying we purchased the same exact amount both in the store and online. We only found this out when we went to make a second purchase and it was denied due to being over the limit. We call to say they messed up and they have to send us a letter to dispute the charge that we clearly didn't make and wait for then to decide on it meanwhile all of our Kohls cash we earned plus a 30% coupon will be lost not to mention I now have an over limit that will show up on my credit report.

I wanted to exchange the same shoes for a larger size. I bought them the day before, the cashier said that I have to pay extra 40 dollars

Ordered mens black nike shoes, but got womens pink nike shoes in the mens box WITH security device attached to the womens shoes? There is even a small sticker in the box that says quality ok??? Think im done with this online retailer..

I don't have a problem with Kohl's customer service department. What I am upset with Kohl's is, when I ordered a placemat for thanksgiving I only received one. Which company does that? Normally when you order placemats they come with four in a set, if you need more then you can order a few more. I wrote a review on their kohl's website and because it wasn't a five star review they didn't post it. It wasn't a bad review I was just telling my experience with my order that was all. I did try to order three more placemats but they are not available. Another thing I am very disappointed in is their clothing line. I bought many tee-shirts with really cute designs on the front. After a few washings they started having lint balls all around the shirt. It looks really bad now and I don't even like wearing them anymore. It's really sad when you can't even write a review to let other people know about kohl's products. This will be my last order I will close my Kohl's charge account and shop somewhere else. I am not going to waste my money on this company anymore. If they don't care about their customers why should I care about them.

The Customer Service is horrible. Called in to try and place an order or get my new card number and customer service had no idea what they were doing! They asked me the same questions to verify myself 3 times with in 15 mins, it's as if they didn't get it the first couple of times including something as simple as my name....smh. At the end of a 25 min phone call order still hadn't been placed and the Representative still didn't remember something as simple as my name. I took my business elsewhere

ZERO Stars!!! Worse customer service and the rudeness was unbelievable. This was the second time I had to deal with this. Done. Will NEVER shop at Kohls again!

The website needs to be updated and the servers also. Over an half hour to input your personal info and kept bogging down even on off hours ie Sunday afternoon & evening. Customer service in the stores are pretty clueless also when it came to filling out the order (I had to retrieve the merchandise!) One star for just being physically there

I placed an item-1 item in my cart today that's was on sale it showed this on the left side of the screen but yet on the right side on the screen the price showed the original price I called kohl's online customer service support who also stated she saw the same thing but there was nothing she could do and I would just have to pay the higher original price for this item so what is the point of having customer service reps if they can not help you when there is an issue and when I asked to speak to a manager she stated "'you will just have to pay the original price or else go in store and purchase the item"' I said never mind and hung up my has KOHL'S WENT DOWN HILL I never expected that kind of treatment from kohl's company, so I guess I will be looking some where else to shop now BeWare of your prices while shopping there as THAT IS A PURE AND SIMPLE RIP OFF
