Worst experience! The 800 number folks are not trained, can’t look up items as they are inept, some cannot speak English. Simple phone order took over an hour and it was wrong. Called 4 times, put on never ending hold and never received a resolution. Went to the nearest store and they were amazing! Skip the 800 number and go to the store with issues.

Kohls is in business to cheat customers. I bought $55 in merchandise on line. Never used Kohls charge before. I did not receive a statement or bill from Kohls so I went online and discovered they had signed me up for paperless billing which I had not and had a late charge of $38. No live person at “customer service”, no email contact, no online statements. Paid the total bill online now $93. On and on, didn’t record payment until the day after billing cycle ended. Another late charge. I paid it on line. Not recorded for 10 days but still in billing cycle. Online account shows zero balace but new charge of $119.67. Called to cancel Kohls credit card. Finally reached a barely English speaking person who said computers were down so he couldn’t cancel the card. I would have to call back later. This amounts to criminal behavior.i had previously gone on line to request copies of the statements but the phone loop system had no way to do this. I am going to the Kohls store in person to cancel. Not even sure if this will work. Attorney General next.

My mother in law past away and I went to return clothing articles that still had the tags on them. I asked Miss Ronda, the customer service rep, if she could let me know how much each of the items are worth since some of them might be past the 180 days so I can decide if it's worth returning or if I'll just take them to Salvation Army. Ronda showed a lot of compassion and took her time to go through each item and let me know how much I would get back. She also gave me time to decide either I return or keep the items. Before I left she wished me sincere condolences. Three days later I went back to the customer service since I had more items to return. Miss Amy was the one at the customer service this time around. Her service was completely opposite. She was visibly irritated with my request and before I left she needed to let me know that customer service usually doesn't go all the extra mile. In today's world we need more Miss Ronda. People go through a lot and sometimes a simple world can make someone's day. I went back to the store to find Miss Ronda and personally tell her how much her words of sympathy meant to me.

I don't know how a company this big is in business. Every interaction that I have had with them is like pulling teeth. Need to return something? You better have your birth certificate and social security card.

I cannot trust this company. What appeared to be an awesome clearance deal with 4 units in stock. It took two days to find that my order is canceled due to lack of inventory. Modern software can soft lock inventory and inventory counts should not cause this disappointment. How can I ever commit to an order when you cannot. I used to buy many clothing and household items but no more.

Only use 1 star because I had to. Worst company. Could not cancel an online order within 1 min of processing. Call customer service they refused to cancel. Talked to someone from a foreign country and barely speak English!!! Need to close them down. Zero customer service and steal your money. Ain’t no body got time for that!!!

I bought a watch at Kohl's 3 yrs ago , have always bought from them. They always changed battery if Yu bought from the. Made special trip for this purpose .get to jewelry counter no one around, finally find a person stocking ask for help with my watch, she says she call someone. Walks away, wait 15 min. A man taking trash out stops and asks if I need help tell him what I have done,he goes and gets girl I asked earlier she looked at me said what do Yu need need to old her battery for watch, she says don't do that anymore don't know what to tell you walks away. We live in a tiny town no stores. Walmart is 16 miles away and won't change battery if they don't sell the watch Yu have nearest jewelry store is 50 miles away. This was a 100 dollar watch. They need to at least come up with alternative ways for us or provide battery even if they don't change them. And the rudeness is in message. There is no notice of their policy change regarding watches.

Their website is amazing it evens offers you ideas on how to style the clothing you purchase and if you click on the other clothing attires it shows you the cost or other options. Really amazing website!
