Buyers Beware of ONLINE ordering that needs shipping. I should have learned my lesson from last year’s ordering on Black Friday & Cyber Monday. Last week I purchased a number of gift items for my family. Some of the items were picked up in store, & that worked great. Delivery Khols gave when purchasing my items was 11/30-12/3. My online order number shows shipped with a tracking numbers for each item. I received 8 items already under one track number. The remainder of 7 items shows shipped. Khols email on 11/30 stated "Your full order has shipped"!. When I clicked on USPS link for tracking the items, it states "Label Created, not yet in system". Found out from USPS once before all that means is the Company printed the label, but as not given to USPS for pick-up. When I called today to follow up with Khols Customer Service, he was not sure why I had not received package. Then after checking, he said now delivery might be 12/13. This is poor customer service, Khols gives you a delivery timeframe when ordering, which you accept. They charge your credit card the day of order, not at shipping time. I ordered Christmas gift (same day) from Macy's, Amazon, Boscov's Department, Costco and all items have already been delivered. This is the last time I will order from Kohl’s or use their credit card. It’s not worth the hassle to wonder if you will have the presents on time for the Holidays, I will buy from another Retailer.

Kohl’s online ordering is the worst. Tracking information is a lie. Customer service is lie as well

Website is okay ..items are priced good but when it comes to applying the promo codes they don't help and don't want to transfer to a supervisor. Kohls will have you thinking you are saving by using the promo codes but in reality you are paying the same price . Not fair will not be shopping with them again after my order is delivered .

I recently placed two orders and slowly received partial orders from the larger of the two orders. Last night, I was to receive a 2-piece outfit, it came with only one piece. Called customer service to get the item resent, and was told I’d have to wait until I received the remainder of my order because you can only claim missing items once per your entire order!!!! Today, I was to receive the remaining items on my orders and two items were missing from the package. Where is their quality control? Shouldn’t orders be checked and then checked again to make sure all of the items on the shipping list are in the package? On top of this, the items I ordered, are no longer available and it’ll take 7-10 days for them to refund my money. But hey, for my inconvenience they’re going to give me $5 in reward certificate to use in the next ten days. Seriously!!!

Kohls products are fine but if you need to have your online items shipped it’s horrible ! Their shipping charges are extremely high and shipping times extremely slow.I wanted to order a item on sale for $14.00 and with shipping charges and taxes the total was over $30.00.Ridiculous..also if you have to return anything via mail you not only have to pay the shipping yourself but they do not refund original shipping fees …So best just keep an item if it doesn’t fit because all the shipping fees (original and return)will end up being more the item actually cost.This is the only online store I purchase from that does this.I could return items to a store free but do not receive original shipping fees in the refund.I don’t live near a retail store so I couldn’t return to a store anyhow.Now I will only purchase from kohls.com if they are offering free shipping certain times of the year. Not a happy customer.

I placed an order for several items on Black Friday. Some items were delivered, some said they would be delivered (but never were) others continued to say "in fulfillment" on the app and website. When contacting customer service I was told that I could call back the next day and if I still did not receive the items, they would reship them. The next day I was told by customer service that they are now unavailable and would not do any type of compensation for their mistake. After talking to a supervisor, she said the same thing (Stephanie) and offered a $25 Kohls cash credit and would refund the items not delivered. I asked if that was for each of the 3 items (value of $465.98) and she said no only $25 total. This comes out to a credit of only $8.33. When the items get refunded, I also wonder if I will be charged back the Kohls cash I received for the order in which case it would cancel out you "offer" of $25 Kohls cash. I am very dissatisfied with the resolution. Typically Kohls does a great job with customer service. This will greatly make me think twice about purchasing doing any "sales" in the future.

The Kohl's website does not let me enter my shipping address. This is the second time 3 weeks apart that I've had this issue. I reload and reload and wait for 25 minutes for help from a chat bot. You are a huge corporation - you need to have a working website during the holiday season.

I don’t know why Kohl’s has a Customer Service department or Fraud department. Neither one of them can help you when you have an issue. They are both a joke. You spend hours on the phone with them with no resolution or they hang up when you want to speak to a supervisor. I wish you could give them a 0 star.
