I placed an order on the phone. I gave the lady my address and the order got shipped to another address. I asked what my options were and was told I could get a refund and reorder the items. I asked could I get the same price and was told no because those were Black Friday deals. This was this mistake NOT mine. I asked for the refund and DID NOT place another order. I was also told I would get a $30 coupon in my email for my trouble, still haven't got the coupon.

Please check your kohl's return refund and you'll find how kohl's reduce and promotions you never received and that was part of the sales transaction. If you put a few items in one order, you will receive less than half after you returned all of them. All this Kohl's cash is a BS and I will do my shop at M or J after this. Kohl's is making profit off the returns. Be a wear of that.

Khol's removed my mostly positive review of a purchased item because of some truthful negative comments. Don't trust any reviews you read on Khol's and frankly I no longer trust Khol's at all.

Kohl’s cash is a scam. I ordered 2 mirrors and they come completely shattered!! When I call to get a refund. They would only would give me a partial refund since I had spent the kohl’s cash! I wouldn’t have even went to kohl’s if I didn’t have the kohl’s cash!!! Call and no one can help you! Returned damaged items that was their fault and just get a partial refund! Ridiculous! Kohl’s is terrible from shipping to customers service!! Never using kohls.com again!!!

I find it BS that Kohls can’t issue a gift receipt after I placed my online order. I tried in store yesterday and they said they couldn’t but I could call the number on my card and they could email me a gift receipt. I just called and even though I had my order number and the product info they said they couldn’t either. Guess I’ll return it and purchase a product somewhere else

Every time you have a problem with an order you end up speaking to some random person in the Philippines that is difficult to understand and doesn't fix the problem. I've now had this happen 3 times, and I am DONE. I've shopped with Kohls for nearly 20 years, many times a month. I am SHOCKED at how poorly this business is currently managed. Packages delivered to incorrect addresses and I'm told I have to get the stranger to return it to a store (when they live hours from the closest store) or be charged for the items. Orders cancelled by them that will not arrive on time now. 30 days for refunds to the card after the items are received. And unreasonable customer service reps in a foreign country. And Kohls Cash NOT SPENT but refunds have that amount subtracted anyway?!!! What a rip off company. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered slippers way back in beginning of November. The order was confirmed and I received all except one item in the order. That item was supposed to be delivered on Nov 23. It never arrived, and I never received any updates except to say that the order was in progress. I called to find out that they were out of stock. This is a Christmas present and I would have appreciated knowing that the item was no longer available sooner. Kohls needs to do a better job with that sort of communication instead of tying consumers to the hope that their order will arrive before Christmas.

Kohls USED to be one of my favorite websites to shop on. Not anymore. They lose your orders/items, tracking numbers are useless, and like everyone else is saying- customer service is THE WORST! They do nothing to resolve your issues. They are obviously reading from a script and when you ask for a supervisor, if you are allowed to speak to one, they are also useless. Such a shame. Kohls- you are losing a LOT of customers, including me. I'll go elsewhere.
