Kohl'sReviews of kohls.com

I went in to kohl's they had a 50% off Sing above some game. Then they said that game wasn't 50% off I told her that was false appatidement because it was over all the game I ask her are we suppose to know you put it in the wrong place Beware of scams in that store

A family member ordered two items from Kohl's as a Christmas gift. Although it looks to be sewn quite well the horrible quality of fabrics is such a HUGE disappointment. Sending both items back. I don't want to wear plastic. What happened to good old cotton, wool, you know natural fabrics and not this made in China rubbish.

Such a bad experience, I placed an order 2 weeks ago. I tried to trace the order with customer service and had to wait on hold for 45 minutes. The customer service rep told me the they had to cancel the order and they didn't tell me. I asked for a replacement and they couldn't do that. Worse customer service ever!

Customer service is based in the Philipines and El Salvador, I asked several times at corporate for USA but they only switched me to voice mail or out of country several times, They claimed my check from Nov 8th never arrived ( I called to check) so I stupidly paid again $342 and both checks magically cleared today Dec 16th I was told they can only mail me a refund by check in a few weeks. Closing my charge today! DONE

Got a package broken glassware set. Tried calling and they told me to just call back at a later time. Extremely pissed,

Two Christmas orders and four gifts never shipped for unknown reasons. Items were in stock and had to be “reordered”. Kohl’s admitted it was their error and refused to expedite new shipment. Will not be ordering from them in the future.

Kohl’s has been a long time favorite place to Christmas shop. It is unfortunate the customer service has hit an all time LOW! I called all weekend to talk to Customer Service, and of course they were not open. I called on Monday and talk to someone after waiting 10 minutes on the phone and I’m going to have them either hang up or disconnect on purpose and went straight to, “The center is now closed”. I went to the site where I was instructed to “ask a question “. I was the “60” person in line and waited to “chat” with someone…all to have them tell me to call Kohl’s credit. Called Kohl’s credit the next day… after talking to the lady at least twenty minutes…she was unable to help. I asked to speak to her supervisor, who was “ unavailable “. I spoke to her another 10 minutes…she again reported that the supervisor was busy snd promised to get him to call…that was yesterday, earlier in the afternoon..still no call… I wanted to put order snd previous orders on my Kohl’s card to save an extra 30%. Everytime I’ve tried to use my Kohl’s card, I get an error message. I used a different card because items were on sale and it was the weekend and could not get help. Oddly now they say it will work if I call in my order but cannot fix the previous orders? The nearest store is 45 minutes away…. I work three jobs…I guess I will have to find time to drive to a store, return items and “rebuy” them as my promotion is good they Dec. 19 th..

I give Kohl's a one. I did an order online like they want you to do using your Kohl's charge like they want you to do they gave me a 30% discount when I went a little over on my charge the lady and customer service said I can put the rest on my regular fifth third card. When I went back to do it it put everything on my fifth third card and wouldn't give me my 30% because it was used on an order she deleted for me.. when I called to get it taken off my fifth third card and put it on Kohl's they wouldn't do anything for me or give me my 30% I'm so done with Kohl's I'm canceling my card
