I wish their is 0 star. kohl's coupons are scam. I called customer service regarding my purchase using $15 coupon, however I returned the item because it doesn't fit. I was told I need to pay for coupon, I explained for them for 1.5 hr on the phone why the charge me for something I don't have. The agent Jefferson ID 0T0N, and the Supervisor Michael 06IN are very dismissive and didn't care about what I said. I closed my Kohl's account after 7 years of being customer. They were disrespectful and the supervisor said to me if I didn't use coupon this wouldn't happen.

cc department sucks, they called me 69 times to try and collect on a few late charges they stuck me with. They didn't get their money.

I wish there was much lower star than 1. My first visit buying from this store on line. I spend over $700.00 to receive some kohl cash coupon of $195.00 thinking great deal. Once i receive the emailed coupon to use it on another online order, as soon as I receive it , it didnt work. I kept trying but it didnt have the bar code or any number i can use to make the order. I went to the store waited over 3 ours at different station including customer service with no luck. The customer service lady was actually nice and comforted me I can call the 800 number and they will take care if it even after the expiration date bec its not your fault. She couldn't call her self at the time bec they were closed. So i had called the next day and 3 different days to get answer saying their system is down to call back. Its unbelievable each time i called the system is doesnt work. Today i got through to a rep spoke to a manager names Ken # 6881 saying he can only give me 1/2 of the coupon and not even acknowledging the incovnineance I had to go through to get what they advertised. I hate going to the stores and why I made the online purchase. Not having their coupon work online had me wasted 3 hours in the store and so many phone calls . Now I am wondering if the coupons are false adverstisent and how many people like me who hates going in stores give up and not use the coupons or complain thus kohls profit from this. Im also wondering if kohl.come and the dtores are owned/ managed by same prple. The level of service I hot from the manager in the store and this online manager Ken is way different like night and day. BTW I was suppose to give review after the phone call when the rep hangs up but he wouldnt held the phone for so long after we finished the conversation and wasn't allowed to complete the survey.

So disappointed. After being a loyal Kohl’s customer for more than 15 years, I received a ring which I adored for Christmas. Unfortunately, it was the wrong size. I’m not a jewelry person so this was an unusual occasion for me. I went to the local Kohl’s store since I knew they would probably have to return it to send me a new one with the correct size. The front desk told me I would have to call kohls.com since it was an online order to receive my new ring in the correct size at the same price. After waiting for 25 minutes inside the store on the phone with kohl’s.com, expecting to return it there, I was told that since my husband purchased the ring in early December and it was on promotion then and at the time it is no longer on promotion, I would have to pay full price. I stated in my disappointment that kohls would not honor the same price that we were sold the original ring. I also stated how ridiculous it was since I wasn’t returning the ring but simply trading it in for the correct size. No sympathy! So obviously I just returned the ring. We have bought numerous items over the years, thousands of dollars worth, never been late on a payment, always paid our bills in full. This makes me second-guess future purchases with Kohl’s. So sad to ruin customer satisfaction and relations over such a stupid policy.

So we ordered some boys apparel on line 10 days ago and half of our order were girls items 1 day before Christmas. My wife speaks to customer service and they stated as a favor the order can be replaced on the 28th. So the customer just suffers due to there incompetence smh. Kohl’s needs to do better and be better to customers. Well off to save Xmas. P.S customer service I hope you get coal in your stockings.

Who's running this stores..it's not even Christmas Eve...and all out of women's perfume....all they had left is the cheap stuff....go figure...Belks..they had it..,😁😁

I would give 0 stars if I could. I fell for the gimmick- opened a Kohls charge card - to get additional 35% off. Oh no! It didn’t work. After hours - chatting- finally got a human- the response was - you only get one% off - NO additional % off. This is FALSE advertising!

I am a senior with a respiratory condition. Last week I had to return an item at the Kohl's Store in Palm Bay FL. It was just too heavy for me to carry all the way to the rear of the store where Kohl's takes in returns. So when I entered the store, I asked the closest cashier if she could page a store associate to help me carry the box which was in no way a light item to handle alone. This young woman whose name is Brooke, crossed right over to me, picked up the box and to my amazement carried it all the way back to Customer Service. Now that's what I call taking the ball and going the distance! I couldn't have been more grateful nor more surprised at how she dealt with my problem. Thank you Brooke for truly caring and for not passing the ball on to someone else. You're my hero! Alfredo Silva
