Kohl'sReviews of kohls.com

Been shopping at Kohls for years. Always bought my Lee capris and crops there for summer. Today, after trying on cloths for hours, went to checkout with my wonderful 40% off coupon only to be told coupons no longer can be applied to Lee brands. Are you kidding me???? Lee is a "premium" brand. Kohls doesnt carry much else! I told them they can keep all the purchases. The clerk said " your coupon is only good for today" Who cares- will not be shopping there again.

Had a great visit. found what I was looking for and had a great check out with Dottie. But, there are never any carts. Not in the store, not in the parking lot or employees bringing more in. I'm 76 yrs. old and I don't want to have to drag those bulky bags you have for my shopping experience. I would shop more if I knew I could do it without having to lug a full bag around the store. Thanks for listening.

Kohls discount used to be good on everything. Now more and more brands are being excluded.

We had initially had a negative experience with one of the representatives not offering any support for a late payment issue. However, one of the representatives, Donnie, was able to fix our issue. We are grateful for service agents that are willing to help.

Went to purchase shoes for my daughter, had a 30% off and $5.00 Kohl's cash...didn't get to use either. Item was not eligible for discount and cashier couldn't find my $5.00 Kohl's cash in the system. Never had that happen before. My question to the manager I spoke with on the phone ( after I got home and called ) how do you know what items are eligible and what is not? She told me pretty much ALL name brand items that are sold at kohl's or other stores are not eligible. Well, not true. I've purchased several name brand items at kohl's and received my % off. Needles to say no help or compensation. Very disappointed. I've been a kohl's customer with a kohl's credit card for 20+ years. I've spent a lot of money at kohl's over the years.I will DEFINITELY be shopping other places for name brand items. I can get them cheaper elsewhere. Kohl's is a little pricey anyway. Definitely disappointed.

Very bad customer service with regards to their Kohl’s credit card. I was talked into getting a card in 2019 to save 35% on my purchase by a customer service person at the sales desk. I gave her my Canadian Drivers license and Social card from Canada Everything was good until last December. They put a hold on my account because I’m Canadian. They didn’t come out and say that but that is my wife’s assessment of the situation. I own a home in Florida and am very frustrated by Kohl’s because they use a call service in the Philippines and they can not connect you to anyone in the USA. I raised the issue with a store manager and they just laughed and said ‘GOOD LUCK’ Even the store can not get through to a credit card person in the USA

The worst store ever! I ordered a couple of things for Christmas on line. I paid shipping, etc. When my items came one item came in with the security code tag attached. I called the store and they said I had to come in with the item and get the security code tag removed. With Covid being so bad I did not go in to the store as it was very busy. I chatted with a rep. on line and tried to get free shipping for return and they said I had to pay the shipping cost. Pay the shipping cost twice when this was their problem?? They would NOT work with me. I tried several times to get help from them and each time they stopped the chat on messenger and to no avail. I will never buy from Kohls again, ever!

Horrible customer service. Kohls lost my online order. Was supposed to arrive 5 days ago. They want me to wait another week even though the post office can’t find it. They will not send me new pair of pants or refund my money! I had been a loyal customer for 20 years or so. Good bye!
