I'm so mad at Kohl's....I was looking for a Salad Shooter for my mother-in- law, and Kohl's did not have it in their store, so I placed the order online..I placed my order on a Wednesday and they did not ship it until Friday which is ridiculous then once it was picked up on Friday it did not move Saturday and Sunday and UPS finally shipped it on Monday that's 4 days my item did not move and it's ridiculous to take almost a week to get my item from Jacksonville Mississippi to Indiana... I'm not sure why these so called department stores or even in business because you can't buy what you're looking for in the store you have to go online and buy it then you got to take a chance of somebody getting a hold of your credit card information and committing fraud..I'll never shop at Kohl's again.. I've also found that other department stores are the same way when it comes to wanting to buy an item and their their store you can't you have to go online and buy it.... This world of ours has got to be very lazy and just don't care about customers....

So frustrating. I need to change my cell phone number for my Kohl's account. Clicked on for the code they request to be sent to my email address. Attempted several times. Never received the code. The other option is for the cell phone that I deactivated. Tried multiple times calling customer service and they want personal information on the automated service and then when I do get a real person, cannot get the person to change it. Sounds like a scam with the people wanting me to hang up, wait for a code (which I never got over my landline phone either) then for them to call me back for the code. All just to change my cell phone number.

I needed to find a place to express how excited I am about the new model for the Kohls stores. I'm probably one out of 10 people in the entire world who prefers to go into a store to buy clothing. While I enjoy going into a store to shop...I hate the stores (we wont mention names) that require you to pick through the long racks of various and mismatched clothing items. Those stores offer a deal...and also a headache. I love the organization that a department store offers, and now even more so because the options at Kohls will be more concise and not so overwhelming. Bonus...Sephora?!?! So I get a department store feel, in a compact setting, with big boxstore prices AND a Sephora. Kohls...you've nailed it!

I have a post office box for my mail but included my home address in my account. In January the store refused to use my card and said I had to call customer service. they sent me a letter stating they did not have my street address. I went online and made sure it was on my account. I also returned the letter with my address. Today again the store refused my card and now being told their was a fraud alert and the card was on hold. How many times do I need to give my street address. I will never shop at Kohls again.

They don't have any good shirts like they used to,rock Republic was a nice line,they need a new line that's like rock Republic.

This past week I ordered 10 Sonoma large tees in all large size One came in med But my biggest complaint is when you look for fabric info the first listed is Polyester, cotton, then rayon They are not what I expected, there 60 %cotton, 40 polyester, no rayon, If I had wanted cotton tees that is what I would have ordered I'm not pleased, and feel they were substantially overpriced for what I really received

I have been a happy Kohl’s customer for many years, until today. My kohls cash had expired on February 14 and had $109. 37. When I went to a customer service to reactivate the Kohls cash for a purchase that I was about to make. The associate was not able to help. As a next step, I called the on line customer service where I spent 30 min explaining my situation in a suffocating face mask, and with my tired child next to me. I have asked for a supervisor because I could not get help, the person was bargaining with me and offered $10 instead. I was not able to get a name of the associate who was handling the call nor the supervisor who was refusing to speak to me. It is really despicable how Kohl’s treats their own customers.
