I have been a loyal Kohls customer for over 20 years. The changed they have made are going to change that. Adding Sephora to my local store is mind boggling. Customers can see the Sephora in the local mall from Kohls two sets of doors. Other mind boggling changes include drastically reducing brands and selection size. No more Chaps brand, no fine jewelry, horrible selection if their signature brand Croft and Barrow. Gloria Vanderbilt is practically non-existent. If the powers that be think these changes will help the company, they are sorely wrong. These changes will drive away those of us who have made the majority of our clothing purchases there for years. I will miss you Kohls. I don’t know you any longer.

Over the last month I have purchased 3 breakable items: dish sets, corningware and a glass centerpiece. All were delivered broken. The wrapping material is small bubble wrap with no other materials in a thin cardboard box. The USPS probably dropped the boxes a few times during the delivery process. With the inferior packaging materials the items, the items shattered. I won't make any further purchases on kohls.com.

Ordered jeans to be delivered to me on assignment. This was the address they said in the order it was being shipped to. Currently, shipping to my home address (billing address). Their solution I should send it back. I won't be back home for about 12 weeks! I will be mailing them back as soon as I get home regardless of their condition after sitting out for three months in the rain on their dime. Hope they enjoy the same level of service they gave me...garbage.

Order items on website, placed order, said it would be delivered on April 25th, then get confirmation email of order and it won't be delivered until May 3-May10th. Tried within less than 24hrs to change delivery to another address, since we were no longer going to be at this rental address in Kauai, and can not do anything about it! Considering that the items will not be shipped for three weeks, I don't understand how in this day and age with everything being computerized it could not make a simple change to the order! Possibly the worst customer service ever!!!

Kohl's has officially lost my business after many years of loyal patronage. One of the best things about Kohl's has always been the percent off coupons but, because you have imposed so many restrictions on their use, they're basically worthless. It seems all of the products in which I'm interested are excluded so what is the point of shopping with Kohl's any longer? You had great deals for many years and I was always happy to share my experiences with friends in person and on social media, but those days are over. Now all anyone has to say about Kohl's is "they're definitely on their way out!" What a shame because there is a store literally a mile from my house and I used to shop their all the time. But when the great deals that made you so popular are taken away, that's when you lose favor and go out of business. Clearly the powers that be have moved away from the companies original vision and there is no doubt they will lose tons of business as a result. I made this decision months ago but I still go to Kohl's for Amazon returns. The other day I received $5 in Kohl's cash AND I had a 30% off coupon, so I decided to give Kohl's another chance and look around a bit. Clearly, Kohl's has made dramatic changes to their merchandise because there was very little that interested me. After looking for nearly an hour, I found a pair of Lee brand shorts and headed to the check-out to purchase them. On the way there I asked an employee if Lee was one of the excluded brands. She replied in the affirmative so I set the shorts down, threw my Kohl's cash and coupon in the trash, and left! This experience just reaffirmed my previous decision! I'm DONE!!! Kohl's sucks!!

I have ordered from Kohls.com for years. The past few years I have had several issues. When I have ordered a products they have never came. I am thinking these products were from 3rd party vendors? The order tracking always says a label was created but no product was shipped. Of course my credit card was charged. It is not easy to get a credit for the product you never received from customer service. Also, several times I have had the wrong size sent to me for a product I had ordered. I have spent several thousands of dollars at Kohls over the years and will be taking my business elsewhere now. I do not know what has happened to this chain over the past few years however, I am seeing they have many unhappy customers.
