Don't be fooled by Kohl's cash. Even if the product returned was clearly defective, they will not refund the Kohl's cash portion of the purchase price, so you end up purchasing something you really didn't want at their inflated regular prices. These folks have it all figured out for their benefit. Lesson learned, I'll never shop there again.

This company has changed. They no longer give excellent customer service.l, too much emphasis on Sephora versus clothes people actually wear, pricing and billing issues As a result after speaking with a rude representative I decided to cancel my account. They reported it as if they closed it making my credit report take a 39 point hit!

Had to close my account after several years. My account was used with out authorization in December and kohls has screwed up fixing it...still getting issues because nobody in their accounting can add or subtract. Called customer support and get we will file a fraud claim to fixing it then screwing it up again, being transferred to a department that cant help me or its after hours and I can't leave a message. I can't send them a message because all they do is copy paste a response to call the very people that can not fix the problems.

Lame excuse for a department store there policy is stupid and absurd you make an or and only have 30min to change when in the world is that possible. I hope this store rots in hell just like other depaments store did. They are a lame excuse for being a store DO Not order from there I mean do not worthless scums but it not CS service fault it the ceo or owner of the 💩.

I had some issues with a purchase at the Brighton, Mi. store last Tuesday evening, so went to the Howell, Mi store, with what I thought were complicated concerns. However, my associate in returns/customer service department, Gena, was so pleasantly helpful and fixed everything. And, a surprise to me of my purchases being less money than the previous night. Thanks, Gena, you made my day!

In December I bought a dress in my local Florida store and put it on my Kohl's credit card which was assigned to my previous address in Los Angeles, where I used to live with my family since my home in Florida was under construction. 10 days later I contracted Covid with severe complications, I could not move, eat, talk, I had a feeling I am dying, at the same time my family in L.A. had moved to a new house so all their mail was redirected to their new address. After a month and a half still with post Covid pneumonia I made a trip to stay by my family. A month later I received a letter to pay my balance with late charges of $40. Called Kohl's to explain what happened over this period of time. My illness, me and my family moving, asking to wave late payment charges.The customer service was like deaf trying to convince me everything was my fault. I mentioned to them that over my 31 year living in this country this was the first time ever customer service treat me so cold and ruthless.Next this sneaky people pretended they waved my late payment, I paid my main balance over the phone, when suddenly started receiving bills by mail with late payments, every month increasing it by like $50. I started hating and avoiding this store and want to warn all to stay away from it. I guess this business is being in trouble and trying to recover all they can to avoid closure.

Horrible customer service in Hixson, TN. A mens classic solid colored Croft & Barrow button up shirt was taken back for an exchange. They told me to go get another. I got the correct size I needed but they said that the shirt was now $4.00 on clearance when it has a tag of $50 and they looked up what I paid for it. They wouldn’t even honor an exchange. This store has done this before. Exchanges are NOT honored with tags still. I will quit doing business with them.

I purchased a cookwear set, Bobby Flay brand, with a LIFETIME WARRANTY. The Teflon came off and a pan was replaced. After a few years the Teflon has came off a second pan. I called and was offered a 20% discount that I can easily obtain from simply signing up for emails. I explained I have a binding warranty that states that a pan of equal or greater value will be given for any type of defects. They told me the company was out of business and that was all they would be offering.
