*********Well I feel I need to come back and let everyone know that not 30 minutes after being told by customer service that my order was still in fulfillment, I got an email from the store saying it was ready for pick up! I am not sure I will change my one star rating. This really is not the way to run s business!! Very disappointed in what Kohls has become. Horrible customer service! Placed an order Monday, I have not received any updates. Called customer service today, Friday, and was told it was still in fulfillment. Nothing has been done with my order for five days!!!!! I want the old Kohls back, and bring back Apt 9 too!! Very disappointed!!

Kohls will not publish my review on my order because I said although I liked the product, they sent me the wrong color but I kept it anyway. They didn't like it that I said they sent me the wrong color!!! I'm canceling my Kohls credit card 💳 today! Unbelievable!

I can't understand why Kohls has been out of stock for over a year on mens grand slam slacks for any lenght of size 30 mens. They seem to have plenty always of 34 on up. I will no longer shop there and go to Belks or JC Penny's. Pitiful!

Khols may have the worst customer service and website of all time. The only company I can think of in 2022 that can't seem to update their website. Twice now I have placed an order for a pair of shoes. Said available, order went through, money came out of my account. 2 days after they were supposed to arrive I go to check the status of my order and it's been canceled for item out of stock. I received no notification of this so I'm sitting here wasting my time when I could have been shopping for my item elsewhere. Their customer service is non existent. You can't email them, you can't speak to a live rep. How this absolute trash company is still in existence of beyond me.

Beware! Connected my bank account to my credit card they talked me into. Well the payment never went through. They subsequently reported me for delinquent payment even though they never sent a bill. Not by email, not by regular mail, no notification, not by text, nothing until they tacked on $30 and a report on my credit. My Amex card reported it to me!! Not the kohl’s card it was charged on! Tried to resolve (bank account and autopay still linked on the app-thats how i paid). Called. Got shuffled around, had to write a letter so some PO box. Told me they won’t change it bc it would be inaccurate reporting. Ummm no that was your mistake! I had 800+ credit. Whatever I still have a 745 with your inaccurate reporting. I will report to you to bbb, make a dispute with the credit unions and never spend a penny there again! Never!

NEVER ORDER FROM THEM ONLINE. They will never deliver your item(s) and they do not have proper customer service. I already contacted them twice but all they can tell you is the same info as what I can see on my end. NO HELP AT ALL. USELESS and such a waste of time and money!

i accidentally paid them the same amount twice for my kohls charge and was told the first time i called one payment would be refunded to my bank, called again couple days later to check status for them to tell me since both payments posted they wouldn't refund it. 25 year customer and thousands of dollars spent and they cant refund a accidental extra payment of 207? calling corporate and closing my account asap
