i walked in and immediately started getting asked questions and followed, i found it weird at first but just let it go, i had quite a few items but i didn’t think it would be a problem, i went into the fitting room to try on the clothes i bought and i hear on the walkke talkke something about me and items i have, i felt disrespected and attacked. once i left the fitting room i put everything back because i wasn’t going to give my money to a disrespectful store. immediately the women attacked me with odd questions and she went and checked my fitting room. she came out with an empty package and questioned me more, called for backup, and they all started being rude and disrespectful to me so i left. will never be going back and i’m a usual customer to khols. i’m so utterly confused and disappointed.

The Fourth of July display looks nice but all items made in China. Why in gods name would I buy something patriotic that is made in China. America and kohl’s has lost its soul all for a buck. The entire store is full of products from China that they mark up by 1000%. I won’t be going back. They will have to rely on the brainwashed masses. Wake up America!

You know it's pretty sad there are people out here in this world who want to work and have the background for your company. But you turn them down. Because you dint get to know the person face to face. Who would want to work for a company like kolhs. Thank God I didn't get the job horrible customer service anyway just a person looking for a job.

I just received my order from Kohl's and the order was packed very poorly. No packing material whatsoever... Everything was bounced all over inside the box when it was shipped by UPS. I ordered some tealight candle bags and two bags got opened inside. Therefore, I have two bags of tealight candle bounce all over inside the box. Bottom line, I will not recommend you to order anything from kohls.com; instead go to the store personally.

I became familiar with Kohl’s because of Amazon returns. So one day I got a Kohl’s credit card, and I ended up closing my Kohl’s credit card about three months after I got it, because I discovered Kohl's has high prices and poor quality clothes! Prices are jacked up then reduced to almost-regular price with their gimmicks, including Kohl’s cash, etc.

This Kohl's is the new KMart. Kohl's back in the 90's was actually a very customer friendly department store. Now is a completely different atmosphere. I was at the Cordova, TN store at 8:30 PM with my daughter and passed four employees all near the men's dept registered. I looked at each employee and smiled. NOT a single employee even glanced at me let alone greeted or asked if I needed any help. There was a definite vibe of distain from all of the employees there. I never ask for help at department stores as I have worked for years in the industry including several years at another Kohl's. One really has to question the hiring practices and how this affects customer service. I will never purchase another item from Kohl's, this store obviously only wants a certain type of customer.

Expensive to expensive .. Kohls cash is garbage 🗑

Here I'm over 80 and no carts. They got rid of them and have a pull along. So for check out I bend down to ground level to get my stuff out. NO room for a purse and if I had a child where does he or she go. Can't carry a child thru the store and pull the basket at the same time, Really a stupid move on someone's part
