Never received a clearance clothing item that I was charged $18.15 including shipping & handling for on 6/2/22. Three times the CSRs refused to cancel or refund this transaction that required PayPal. PayPal does not refund your the customer even if the item was never shipped or received by the customer. This issue is in dispute with my bank and Kohl's.com sent me an invoiced claiming that I authorized this transaction on 6/14, which is false!

Kohls charges over $8.00 to ship items that weigh less than 16 Oz. Orders from other companies ship for half that amount.

Ordered some items and sent to my son. Order was shipped in 3 separate shipments from 3 different locations. Third order is late and son had to move. No longer has access to that delivery address. Fedex told me only the shipper can request a change of delivery address. I called their customer service and was told they can’t change it because the rest of the order was already recieved. Excuse me? No one there is capable of picking up a phone and calling fedex with the tracking number? How do they even tie their shoes? Honestly. Very likely the LAST time I buy anything from kohls…

I purchased from store and did payments but the amount still showing in my accounts. I called multiple times in customer service and as well as in store . No one taking responsibility to resolve the issues, instead they asking to do the payments which I already did. I'm thinking about cancel my credit card which i have for 9 years . I felt very unsecure with purchase from kohls.

I have had my Kohl's credit card account for YEARS but now I am going to cancel. My card was stolen and trying to get a new card and password was a 4 hour nightmare! I finally received my new card and went online to create a new password. Sounds easy, right? Wrong! After filling out info numerous times, when I finally reached the end, everything stopped. After several tries, I was able to create a password and it was accepted. I tried it out online and was denied and told to contact customer service. NO WAY! I'm not going through that again. Now I can't find a way to cancel my account and will no longer shop at Kohl's.

Kohls website IS THE BIGGEST WASTE OF TIME!!!
