I ordered a ceramic serving dish. Shipping took quite awhile for a large chain. The dish arrived in a thin plastic mailer sleeve, wrapped inside in a layer of thin bubble wrap. When I picked the package up from the porch where it was delivered I could hear a rattle. I photographed the entries opening experience. The dish came out in 5 pieces with lots of tiny shards, some of which got lodged in my fingers. Whoever packed this item should be fired. But now, in order to return it, I have to PAY the shipping myself, or drive a half hour to the closest Kohl's store. So it seems Kohl's stupidity is costing me extra and I wind up empty handed. Now I regret why I never shop at Kohl's.

The offer coupons, but they are very restrictive. The men’s and boys department only allowed use coupon on 2 brands. I stopped shopping at Macy for this reason. I will not shop at Kohls for the same reason any more.

Zero star!! Online orders came with sensors still attached. So inconvenient to have to go to. Kohl’s store just to have these removed!

I like ordering kohls online but recently all my orders has sensors on it. ..that I have to go to the nearest kohls to get the sensors off. It's really taking so much of my time and it's a bother.

I purchased the Homestyle Storage Plus Kitchen Island from Kohl.com. The shipment arrived as promised. The assembly of the product was rather difficult but my son and his friend figured it out. This kitchen Island is sturdy with plenty of storage space and very appealing to the eye.

New review for Kohl's after I cancelled my card due to their carrying merchandise from a right-wing white supremacist (you know who it is) in 2021. That after being a MVC for a goodly number of years. Fast forward to late 2022, when I thought to give them another chance. Ordered two pairs of their TekGear yoga pants to wear at home, free pickup at my local store. They were almost 6" too long, my current 3 year old ones ones, which I'd thought to refresh, fit just right. Took them back less than 24 hours later, unworn, in the exact same condition as I picked them up. They had the nerve to charge me a 20% Trans. Disc. or in other words restocking fee. That does it. I'm never going back. If you like them, okay, but be sure to find out what their exact return policy is for each item before you buy. Being docked close to $5 per pair is unacceptable in my book.

This is the worst store for getting a refund. I ordered quite a bit of things and my order was broken into several shipments, I only received one. I contacted through text and telephone and reassured that I would get a refund because my packages never reached my house due to mailing issues. after tracking these packages, these have arrived and processed over two weeks ago. I was told it takes thirty days for a refund, so far it has been three weeks since the confirmation from the USPS processed the return of package and took one week to arrive at Kohl's warehouse for two weeks still no refund. All I have gotten is run around and doubt that I will see close to two hundred dollars. When I order they were paid immediately, but when they should refund they take their time. This wasn't a credit card but debt where there is no delay. I also still have a order ship to store in progress for close to three weeks still has not arrived and waiting. So, losing close to two hundred dollars and the headache of tracking packages and loss of my valuable time has been an expensive lesson to never shop with this merchant ever again.

DO NOT SHOP ONLINE!!! They say $10 kohls cash for every $50 spent I spent $381 they gave me $20 kohls cash. I’ve been talking with associates Arlene. She says nope sorry u can only have $5 for every $50 no matter what their website says! And even then it should have been $35 so they ripped me off $50 if they did what they said online or $35 according to Arlene. Which I’m just out of luck. Never had such bad customer service!!! And I just can’t believe they can’t remedy a mistake on their end just nope sorry! Her exact words “I hope u understand my viewpoint” no do what your site promises to do!
