Kohl'sReviews of kohls.com

Ordered three pair of shoes. First shipment only one pair came. Called them to send the other two pairs. Another 10 days go by and again only one pair came. Called once more to send the last pair. They would not do it. They promised a refund, but gave me less than half. This is fraud by Kohl's plain and simple.

Ordered online. Updated shipping address, reviewed everything at least 3 times. There is an issue with the program as the order was sent to an old address that I have not used in 10 years. Take care of the underlying issue with your software and stop blaming the customers. I can see I wasn't the only customer experiencing this. Customer service agreed to refund my money but I do not appreciate the fact they will not acknowledge the problem with their software and fix it.

Ive had kohls since 2013 while I love the store I hate the kohls charge website they amount of times my account gets locked is ridiculous over the years I have had to call kohls so many times sometimes even every month to make a payment I love the store I just hate the website its so stressful to deal with in 2023 I chopped up my cards because the amount of stress the website caused to make a payment or update bank account wasn't worth it life too complicated to deal with unnecessary stress. I have had to call almost everytime to speak to a representative to take the payment because doing trough the website is useless... feel better now and will find a more relaxed place to shop.

This year has by far been the worse with Kohls for Christmas ordering on line or to even receive quality assistance by phone when in need of assistance. I have placed 4 different orders and neither went through. I had to be on the phone for 30 minutes to an hour to reach a solution. I now have the big gifts not arrived that I ordered for my Grandchildren. I contacted UPS and they informed me that the product has not arrived to them at this time. This order was placed on 12/03. I then called the Corporate Office to be cut off and transferred to yet again another voicemail. Still know call back or solution. When I have ask several times to speak to a Manager or a Supervisor, I could here rattling of papers or a dog barking or children in the background for the so called representative to return to the call (that I was never on hold with) to insult my intelligence to inform me that they were on a call or not in. This is beyond wrong! I then had another order that after the 3rd attempt it was placed correctly by the representative just to tell me that 2 items were no longer available for purchase and showed no remorse that these items were someone's Christmas gifts. The only things they ask for. Kohl's by far is my least favorite place to shop now. I don't trust their commitment to their customers nor believe in what they say that their company stands for.

Well we went down there to buy some Christmas gifts, several in fact. However, nearly all the menswear lines had very poor size availability. Wanted 34/30 chinos and XL tops for men for the winter. They had no 34/30s and very few XL tops in the styles we looked at. Also no floor staff available to ask questions of, and had to wait in line for 20 minutes to check out one item. 6 pairs of white ankle socks for $19! Ridiculous price!!! Will be a long time before we go back!

I placed an online order which included entering a shipping address for the order. The order confirmation showed delivery to my home rather than the shipping address entered. I contacted Kohl's immediately and they refused to correct the address. Apparently they think shoppers should enter addresses of anyone they may ship to in the future, regardless of the order one is currently entering. Although they promised to cancel the order and refund my Kohl's cash, they failed to do this. The order was shipped in 4 separate packages to the wrong address. I had to pay the shipping to the correct address. In protest, I returned some of the purchases that I had made that had given me the Kohl's cash and they would only give me a partial refund on those purchases. Long story short, I ended up losing a lot of money and will shop elsewhere in the future.

Check orders before you send them out.

I think I am done shopping Kohl's. A few weeks ago, I returned an item that I had used Kohl's cash on and received a paper Kohl's cash coupon back that the clerk said I could use immediately. The coupon said it could be used online or in the store. I tried and tried to use it online a few days later and kept getting a message that the Kohl's cash number and pin I put in was not valid. I spent about 30 minutes on chat trying to get an answer as to why I couldn't use it. After several different excuses as to the reason I couldn't use it, I was told to go to the store and talk to them about it. The online rep kept telling me that the Kohl's cash couldn't be used online even though the coupon said it could be. The next day, I took the coupon into the store to use it and the associate said the Kohl's cash had never been activated and she would have to get a manager to see what to do. Instead of calling a manager over she put something into her register and told me she had fixed it. Today I had to return one of the items that I bought using the Kohl's cash that she had put into the system. The amount that was returned to me was what I had paid minus the Kohl's cash. I was given none of the Kohl's cash back. The store was busy and I was in a hurry so didn't bring it up to the clerk. I will be returning to the store with all of my receipts to speak to someone to get the Kohl's cash that I am owed. This has been very inconvenient and really not worth the hassle. The only reason that I was returning the item today is because I was shopping a section labeled as long sleeve shirts where all the shirts were just thrown into a pile together. I found three shirts the size that I wanted and didn't notice that one of them was short sleeve. Yes, I should've looked at it to make sure it was long sleeve. But, when I returned it, I shouldn't have lost the Kohl's cash that I was owed. It has turned into a pain to have to drive back and forth to the store to try to deal with this. In addition, every time I try to shop online lately or look at my Kohl's card balance, the website does not work. I end up spending too much time trying to shop online. It is very aggravating.
