I ordered an incorrect size in a pair of girls boots online on November 30. My online purchase didn't include any purchase invoice nor a shipping label for return address. Nonetheless I returned an online purchase to Grand Prairie's highway 161 location. Manager Theresa, gave me a lame excuse that didn't make sense and refused to give me full refund, instead Kohls wants to issue me a partial refund of $16.19 + Kohl's cash or an in store credit of $21.00 instead of my full refund online purchase of $25.86. I supplied Kohl's my online purchase order number and the amount of $25.86 purchase in dispute. Even if Kohl's were to offer me a $100 store credit, I wouldn't use it! I'm currently disputing Kohl's transaction with my bank. I will never shop at Kohls again!

If I could give negative 20 stars I would. I just found out in an email account I no longer use but needed to clear out that my kohls card that I HAVE NOT USED nor SEEN in over a year has over $600 in charges. I call their customer service number and spoke to 5 different people. None of which apparently understand what the FRAUD means because they don't understand ENGLISH kept saying I am responsible for this payment. I told them numerous times I have not use this card and all they say is "we understand your frustration." No they don't, they are clearly reading off a script because they are not listening to me when I am telling them is. I can't even the last time I shopped at Kohls or ordered anything from them. And they want me to pay $600 dollars. Sorry that's not happening.

I left this review with Kohls.com and was told it was moderated and would not be published. So much for honest feedback on their site. Poor online ordering experience. Couldn't log into my account because the system was down, so I had to check out as a guest. Then they sent the wrong color and am given only option to return it online. No option to communicate with someone online to fix it so I had to go out to the store (Jackson, MI). Once at the store there was no clear directions to returns so I went up to the checkouts right by the front door. They were not busy 1 customer at check out and one just getting into line. As I walked through the door a cashier greeted me. I walked around the maze to get to checkout. There had been 3 employees discussing something and one checking out someone. I thought ah cool, np I will be in and out in no time. I was wrong. 1 of the 3 other employees that has been disusing something came over and opened a second line. BOTH cashiers were painfully slow and both started having issues with items ringing properly. It was only after standing 15-20 minutes waiting for them to finish at least 1 order, a manager came up to help them. As she came though glancing over at me with my package with shipping info on it she told me returns were in the back. So I go back to returns and the only thing they can do is return the item and reorder the right one since it isn't in stock at the store. Would be fine except it was a sale item and I have to pay full price for the reorder and if I want the price difference back I would have to wait for the full priced shoes to come in, then take them back to the store again for a refund and re-ring. I live 15 minuets from the store there is no way I am wasting all that gas because you couldn't send me the right shoes in the first place. I returned the shoes and wont be shopping there anymore.

Their shipping is ridiculous. It takes 2 to 3 weeks. And if you ordered more than one thing, it comes separately. They need to care a bit more or are going to lose a lot of customers

I ordered a pair of jeans ladies, went by the chart, they were 2 sizes to big, returned them only got 14 dollars and some change put back on my koles card, I paid 19.99 plus tax, they changed a restocking fee.

I would grade 0 rating for shipping, I would. Shopping in store is okay, but online order is terrible. I placed 2 on line orders this year for Christmas - (in plenty of time for arrival). One never came at all. Every day the shipping update showed the next day for arrival. Called customer service 3 times and guaranteed arrival next day. Crazy thing is its literally stuck in a warehouse the next town over. After 10 days finally requested refund. Second order was heartbreaking for me. Purchase was for a very sick relative and was guaranteed delivery between 17 and 21 December. Was not placed in mail stream timely, so 6 days later it finally moved from Texas to Florida. Then it was indicated to be leaving Florida to Texas but then I received another delay message! Now it's indicated to have left Florida and be in transit to next facility, but who knows where it is since there's been no more information. Hoping but not expecting it to arrive before Christmas. NEVER again!

INSANELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY PLAY WITH CUSTOMERS AND LAUGH AT THEM. I HATE THEIR "CUSTOMER SERVICE" IS A JOKE.THEY SAY THEY ARE HELPING U AND PUT U ON HOLD AND THEN HANG UP ON PURPOSE. THATS A FACT. ALSO, I WAS TOLD I WAS GETTING A REFUND BACK ON MY CREDIT CARD MY DISCOVER CARD YET I DON'T OWN A DISCOVER CARD. THEY JUST SAY THAT TO HOPE U HAVE ONE TO GET U OFF THE PHONE. THEY ARE FRAUDS AND WILL BE REPORTED FOR FRAUDULENT AND UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES WITH THEIR DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR AND DISRESPECT OF THEIR ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE REPS PURPOSELY LIE TO CUSTOMERS TO GET THEM OFF THE PHONE. I THEY PLAY GAMES WITH U & LAUGH AT YOU. I HATE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ON THEIR PHONE. BEWARE!! IF THEY SAY THEY ARE GIVING U A REFUND, THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY LYING. CHECK ITS REPULSIVE
